I'd like to add the distinct lack of Cece to "The Bad" category. I love what we've seen from this character so far!
Winston is growing on me. His heart-to-heart with Jess shows that, while wacky under the right circumstances (what adult whose life is in flux DOESN'T want to avoid answering those questions?), he's probably not as emotionally stunted as Nick or Schmidt.
Jess: Life's messy. It kicks you in the ass. That's right, I said ass.
