I'm loving all of this ghost drama.. And the Stelena scenes were intense... I loved it when Stefan caught Elena when she flew off of the bleachers. I thought they were going to kiss if Alaric didn't step into the picture. Also, I liked how Elena got jealous when Damon was getting his flirt on with Rebekah. Luckily, he told her he was just pretending.

I love them giving Elena some backbone. Writers, please keep up Elena's Buffy fix, she's been needing to be more badass and less whiny for awhile now.

this episode felt like season 1 episode 1 all over again except backwards. I don't understand how almost everyone thinks that Elena is being a problem and trying to kill her. Luckilly she felt safe afterwards even though she wanted to act abnormal to lure Stefan in. I just hope that by the next few episodes, all the problems will be solved. =O =P

these episodes keep coming up with crazy and surprsing events that it goes insane. I like the part when was caught from the fall from Stefan. I felt like I sort of forgive him but I want Klaus and Rebecca out of the picture so Stefan can return to his true normal self again. The episodes are really going so amazing for season 3

I always give this show lots of rope, considering the genre. However the plot holes are plentiful in the last 2 episodes alone. Understandably it is a great way for the fanbase to be kept entertained during the week. As for the casual viewer it comes off as bad TV. Script Supervisor meet Story Editor, I know you'll get along great.
Characater storylines
Stefan - has been great,as I'm intrigued and entertained.
Tyler - hybrid not being able to communicate with gf Caroline , hard to believe. If any one can beat Uncle Buck's nephew for consecutive questions it's Caroline.
Elena - Slayer nice, fighting for Stefan after kissing his brother. Seems more like redemption than love for these two.
Damon - Damon and Elena, I think Whitesnake asked the question, " Is this love." Closed the door at let these two find out already.
Rebekah - I'm liking the idea but not the character. Meaning there is potential with her if not all originals. Just want some depth even if it is

Stefan catching Elena when she fell and the way he was looking at her made my heart melt. Stefan needs to come back already, I don't like bad Stefan at all. Hopefully Michael can kill Klaus already so the compulsion is gone. I loved how Elena told Stefan in the end that she knows who he truly is better than anyone and will never give up on him. That's right, after all that her and Stefan have been through, she needs to never give up on him.
I don't like the Damon and Elena scenses at all, they seem way too forced and stupid. Damon and Rebecca on the other hand was pretty hot. Hopefully she gets to stay and she and Damon can be together.
Wondering if Katherine is dead or will she be able to heal and come back?

This season is incredible! Great writing with tons of unexpected surprises. I'm surprised that Katherine didn't know that Michael fed on vampires...wouldn't there have been a trail of "dead" vampires in his wake? Klaus couldn't have been his only target. Anyway, I hope Katherine isn't gone forever.
I also don't understand how Rebeccah manages to enter all these places uninvited. Not only did she enter Tyler's place but I don't remember Elena inviting her into the mansion either. Did I miss that in an earlier episode?
Strange that all of these ghosts are appearing. Is Mason really a ghost or did Klaus manage to bring him back from the dead as a hybrid? I'm really curious to see what happens between him and Tyler. As for the other ghost stories, I thought the Vicky part was an interesting twist, although short-lived. The Anna scenes make me cringe a bit; I never really bought into the chemistry between Jeremy and Anna in prior seasons, and I find her even more annoying and w

The Stefan and Elena snarking back and forth is good. I think he actually liked it when she staked him in the heart. It would be cool....and make sense for her to learn to defend herself more.
I think that Rebekah is going to change sides. The same thing will happen to her that happened to Damon...she'll end up liking the people and the town. Klaus made a big mistake in my book.
Katherine isn't dead. They wouldn't do it with so little build up. I hope that Michael can kill Klaus. And bring back Elijah already!!

is it bad that evil, Angelus Stefan could be my new fav? Love all of his interactions with Elena like this, it brings out a completely new element for both actors...
"...Speaking of homecoming, who are you going to bring...?" priceless...
Hopefully we will see a lot of character growth from Elena, the more she bickers with the Rippah

FREAKING EXCITING EPISODE this week. totally loving damon and forwood - although can see some tension rising. drunk elena was great. matt bringing back vicki then with bonnie's help forgetting her was fabulous!! loving matt/bonnie friendship, but missed my beremy moments ;( . can totally see tyler and rebecca hooking up soon. hope kat doesn't die i love her! and stefan saving elena then getting stabbed by alaric made me gasp, then stefan saying elena was jelous of marshmallows and damon was hilarious - she obviously does care for him more than she lets on. stefan obviously proved he still loves her, or was he just protecting the blood bag? where the hell is klaus? what will michael (unsexy name btw) do next and will delena happen next week? I bloody well hope so!!

I still like Stefan and Elena together. Especially after the scene when he caught her from the fall. The scene made me forgive him for what he did to her. But then I like Delena too! Ah! Now Damon is the nice one

I agree with Dr.CerrenoMD: don't like Rebekah at all. She's neither a "charming devil" nor some kind of interesting villain - she's just an annoying brat! I miss Klaus already...
I'm not sure about the ghost story yet. I like Anna being back, but according to certain spoilers, there are lots of deceased people on their way to the town - Mystic Falls might become too crowded for my taste :-( On the other hand, when Damon and Mason set up a new team, I'd be totally on board Dason.

how can suddenly everyone see ghosts? I am not sure if I like all these ghosts coming back. Sure I love Anna (hate Vicky so I don't mind that she is gone) but bringing back Mason Lockwood? I'll reserve judgment for now..

@fortyseven, I've been wondering if Elena died (Although Elena claims to have died in the season 3 finale to Katerine)? From the spell description by Bonnie the the spell kept the individual's life force intact while the spell transferred the energy over.
@Ilk_vomit, I've also been wondering the same thing about the TVD ghost plot as well. I.e. will it become the lame plot from the TruBlood with the ghosts and witches arc? That said, I think the story line is heading towards a similar arc from the books where the "novel Klaus" gets taken into the equivalent Hellmouth and is taken away. I also thought it was never explained why the 'novelised Katherine" thought she killed the 'novelised Kluas' centuries ago. Ans: TV series explains originals can compel normal vampires.

you know what it is ? I'm just not really buying the whole ghost storyline. I watch the show because I have a huge passion for horror, and of all things related to the horror genre, ghosts are the things that just don't tickle my fancy. plus all the characters I can care less about are involved in said storyline.

@ LuckyBastarda: Katherine was given permission by someone. Probably Damon. And Rebekah was given permission to enter by Stefan. its the only thing that makes sense, but then again. The deed of the house was put in Elena's Name so she would have control. Probably an oversight on the producers part.
I don't think Rebekah is hot at all. She is pouty and mean. I hate her.

OH... I just realized, Katherine can't die... isn't she wearing that super-kickass-ring that prevents vamps from burning on the sun? Maybe it also works on Vampire-Vampires hunters?
Oh, and can SOMEONE explain to me WHYYYY can every single vampire walk into the Salvatore's mansion without asking for permission? It's getting on my nerve. First Katherine, then Rebecca? What the hell, man?

They show was a little bit slow for me this week, maybe it's because I'm still super high on last week's? Could be.
Still, the only thing going for me was that maybe Stefan did not switch his humanity off? I mean, I'm just GUESSING, but if I were him and Elena (aka human blood bag) was making stunts on the stair rail, I would get my vampass there as fast as my superspeed feet can get me. Take her by the arm and drag her to her house.
If he indeed lost his humanity, well... that's one lazy son of a ripper. He didn't change much. Bummer. I want him to KILL SOMEONE. Someone important. Kill Bonnie maybe. Kill... dunno, kill Matt, he's already all screwed up isn't he?
Well... Katherine dying or not was cool. It was an insteresting episode all in all. Now I'm craving for marshmellows, darn!
BTW, Damon... you can touch me ANYWHERE and it will still lead you to my heart (Awww, that WAS sweet, and kinda disgusting too, right?)
See yah! Can't wait for the roundtable.
