It's almost like Damon and Stefan are taking each other's roles. Next thing we know, we'll have a full blown, mad and fanatical Stelena shippers.... Oh wait...
Anyways, even though the big and bad keep on getting bigger and badder, I'm completely fine with it. The only thing that irks me is the speed at which TVD writers introduce us to another bigger and badder. It took them a season and a half to come up with Klaus and literally 3 episodes to nix him out. Kinda. He's still big and bad, but also running, just like Kat.
Speaking of which, Katerina/Katherine/whoever she wants to be is a major BAMF. The beauty of Kat is her flighty attitude. At this point, people should recognize Kat as she truly is: an anti-hero. She's not a villain because all she wants is to survive and have fun, but she sure as hell is not going to join the human lover side. I actually think her character makes sense. It's just the way she's portrayed that's a bit lackluster.

I have to say, I don't really care why houses suddenly are open to everyone. I do want Stefan to stay like this for at least the rest of the season. He is so much fun right now. I am not looking forward to the season where he feels guilty for everything. Still.. don't know about all the ghosts, but I guess that is because I was never a big fan of Mason or Vicky.
Oh, and I don't care for Bonny at all, I didn't mind the first few episodes when she was not around. I dislike Bonny and Jeremy together. sorry :)

guys well t reason rebekah can enter salvatore house is bc elena died so the speel has been broeken. salvatore house has no owner bc remember how kat came to give damon blood on the 2nd season finale. same reason to why she was allowed to enter. elena died now no one wons the house.

One thing was missing for me: Klaus.
I know, I know he's supposed to be in the run. But still, Joseph Morgan makes the show for me.
I also hope Katherine is dead!
I like Bonnie too, I think she needs a better storyline. Like her own witch-arc like what she and Lucas had going on.

I thoroughly enjoyed this episode.
I rate you need to have been asleep half the episode not to notice the huge amount of chemistry between Elena and Damon! I totally loved it.
I'm really liking Rebecca too, she and Stefan make a really hot couple. I do think she's working her own angle with Tyler though.
Damon totally misses Alaric! I'm sure they'll kiss and make up soon.
Bonnie should get over her jealousy issues, Anna and Jeremy are soulmates.
Does anyone else think Stefan still has some of his humanity? His scenes with Elena still show his caring nature.
Loved Elena acting drunk by the way.
Damon and Elena's scenes were obviously the best tonight!!!

I was thinking of the same thing! How the heck did Rebekah entered the Salvatore home when it is technically owned by Elena??? Did Elena invited her in before? Or did the homeownership switched back to the Salvatore brothers during the summer when Stefan was gone? That was a big plot hole. And I don't think Originals are the exception to the rule because when Elijah woke up in the basement he suddenly ran out of the house and was bleeding or something because Elena hasn't invited him in yet. But maybe inviting one original invites all of them? I don't know. Maybe they'll explain it later.
When I watched Delena I get all fluttery... but when I saw Stelena after it was heartbreaking, especially when he caught her falling from the bleachers. There is love there, and no matter how flirty Delena gets I think there is true love in Stelena. I just hope that turning Stefan back into human will not be fast and will not be too sudden because I freakin' love him right now as Stefan the Ripper.

Love the show! Its getting better and better and I agree with nearly every person commenting. Rebeccas smokin hawt, but I still love Caroline. Tyler needs to get it together, Stefan is much better bad even if its a half azzed baddie. Damon is awesome and even tho im anti ship, you cant help but want them together.

I love VD but I do have a few issues with it this season.
WTF has happened to the bravado Alpha Vamp Damon. Where is his swagger and invincibility from season 1 and 2. He seems to be the punching bag for everyone these days. Klaus, Barbie, Stefan and now even a 6 month old female vamp Caroline.
Will he ever follow through with one of his promises of protecting Elena and never leaving. Elena trapped in burning car, Elena trapped in gym hall with the ripper, Elena being stalked at school by the ripper etc etc
It does seem to me that the writers are making up the rules as they go along too.
Bonnie conveniently using magic to cover up plot holes in a time when I thought the witch world was against her and her powers were limited, where is Bonnie's story actually going.
Vamp's walking into any house they want.
40 odd people clearing a gym hall because a guy they have never seen who is grabbing onto the choosen one of Elena without blinking an eye lid.

I am guessing Rebekah could come into Tyler's house because he invited her in when she provided him with his breakfast blood bag mentioned earlier in the episode (the one he was wearing on his shirt).
Important question about the promo: Why is Stefan trapped in a cave? And why does Mason Lockwood lead Damon to him?
Possibly Lexi tied him up and is trying to get his humanity back like she did the last time he went round the bend?
And I SWEAR TO GOD IF THE WRITERS KILL KAT, IMMA BE SENDING THEM A HELL OF A LOT OF HATEMAIL.

First of all, Elena died last season so technical she does not own the house anymore (that`s way Kathrine could enter it in the season finale). And it is possible that the Lockwood house belonged to Tylers dad (since he his a Lockwood) and we all know that he is dead, and therefore Rebecka could enter it

The biggest stretch has been the resurrection of all of these dead people. Don't get me wrong... I think the storyline with Jeremy being able to see dead people is a great twist and will make for a great recurring theme. However, Anna and the other ghosts taking solid form definitely seems a little too convenient. On a positive note, I really miss Mason and Lexi (Mason for shallow reasons) so it will be fun to see them back. However, we may as well call the show the "Afterlife" since nearly every character has died and come back to life as a ghost, something undead or something boring (Matt). But since we are bringing back dead people, I wouldn't mind seeing Jenna and Elijah again! Well technically Elijah is only temporarily dead....
There is no way Katherine is dead (at least I hope she isn't!) , but I think we've seen the last of Vicki for a while. Her parting with Matt was heartbreaking and had an air of finality to it. On that note, I also think it's time to lay Anna's ghost to

you made the point!! why did Rebekka enter Tyler's home sans any invitations? what i really loved this ep? witty, hilarious, a little bit sentimental ripper Stefan!! he treated himself to a party with a bunch of bloody-shattered girls!! then he caught Elena at the stadium!! totally hooked with this side of his!!

I agree with samantha...damon is now a boring character...d only thing he has going for him is d elena longing and showing up anytime elena calls. Seriously? Where is d season 1 damon who has spunk n charisma dat all critics talk abt...d epicness dat is ian somerhalder. No thanks to d delena underaged clans...think now d producers r leaning to their outcry n in d process denying ian his shine. D only good thing is now people get to see also d awesomeness of stefan who btw is my favourite character. Paul wesley is killing dis ripper character...I love him.

I think that Rebekah was able to enter the Salvatore's hose because Elena once died in the Sacrifice.And that's why Katheraine was able to enter last season's finale to give Damon Klaus's blood!
And Rebekah entered Tyles house, maybe he invited her before, didn't he tell Caroline and Elena that she was helping him!!

Isn't anyone in the least bit curious as to why Katherine released Mikael from his shackles without even batting an eyelid? The smart, conniving evil thing that she is, I'm amazed she didn't give it some more thought! She knows that he's pretty much the biggest, baddest vampire-vampire killer. Agreed, she mustn't have expected him to bite her. But still, what was she thinking?!

Considering tyler has been sired and that rebekah is watching over him i assume she was invitied in by tyler at some point, dont forget rebekah is an original so she can compel vampires. I doubt tyler is still on vervain. I would bet elena still owns the house but remember she did die at one point so maybe its possible for a vampire to enter the home without an invite. I also think the party was a bit of a stretch. Its a yearly thing for the school and the keg may not have been paid for through the school budget but HELLO! the cops totally would have known about and it would have been crashed it cuz thats how it works in reality.

I completely agree about Bonnie. She's becoming useless. We all know Jeremy and Anna are going to grow even closer now that they can touch. Bonnie will be jealous and head Matt's way. We can only hope that Mystic Fall's favorite deus ex machina and butt monkey leave for college, move elsewhere and have boring babies who pop up whenever the interesting characters need a quick fix. I wouldn't mind Bonnie popping up and bringing the big mojo like Willow did in Angel if they just bothered to show her studying witchcraft or researching every few episodes or so. Hell, even when she was away in the beginning of this season she could have been calling from a coven in Devon *cough, cough* or somewhere on the east coast. For all the jaw-dropping cliffhangers and sexy scenes, the writers seem so lazy sometimes with the background or temporary characters.

I think another really big stretch and contradiction was Katherine entering the Salvatore house in the season finale to give Damon Klaus's blood. Elena definitely still owned the house and never would have let Katherine in.

Me and my friends that watch the show find it so funny that Delenas who were constantly complaining about Stefan being boring, broody, etc. Umm, have you guys seen Damon??? He has got to be the most boring character to watch now. Shit, even his one liners are sliding. As for Elena, she should go on Jerry Springer 2 brothers one girl. lol One brother follows me around acting all whimpy (Damon) the other is freakin crazy (Stefan).
Damon: She's strong and crafty and you'll die. Elena: At least I'll die trying.

First of all, Elena died last season so technical she does not own the house anymore (that`s way Kathrine could enter it in the season finale). And it is possible that the Lockwood house belonged to Tylers dad (since he his a Lockwood) and we all know that he is dead, and therefore Rebecka could enter it
