Dan and Blair: Moving in Together on Gossip Girl!

at . Comments

Yes, you read the headline correctly. Gossip Girl's Dan and Blair will be moving in together. What that means for the long term future of their relationship is unclear, but there will be cohabitation up in Brooklyn.

According to TV Line's Michael Ausiello, Dair will be living under the same roof.

Uncertain about her future and plagued by swarms of paparazzi, Blair apparently moves her stylish self to Brooklyn and bunks with Dan on Monday's midseason finale, "Riding in Town Cars With Boys"!

Dair Picture

Of course, those hoping for hot, heavy Dair action may not want to hold their breath. While there, she seeks his advice in helping her finally choose between Chuck and Louis. So ... that's that.

Hey, at least they're giving Dan and Blair some relationship, right? Even if it's platonic? We're also hearing that he may lay his feelings for her on the table, too. Who knows where that may lead.

What do you think of this development? Will it lead to anything more than it sounds like, or will Dan simply be the conduit through which Blair decides whether she belongs with Louis or Chuck?

Finally some Dair action !

Well I wasn't going to watch due to the promos that were given, but now I think I just might..

Love how majority of the comments on here are pro Dair, yeah! Dair fanbase is increasing day by dayy :)

I admit that I personally would love it if lonely boy ended up with Queen B. Opposites attract and they clearly have a connection on a very intellectual level. He is so unselfish with her and treats her like she deserves. Oh and I'm a Chair fan gor now

@I LOVE CHAIR: Most fans and viewers don't read spoilers, much less go to online polls/fandoms. The powers that be know more then you think. Chair fans are abundant BUT so are Dair supporters and they haven't even started yet. Personally, I couldn't care less but its funny because so many Chair fans are so defensive about even the idea of Dair. They are scared and know they have a following and lets face it, the show hasn't given them much to go on and there is STILL a following. Imagine if they gave them something?!! All I'm saying is Chair fans should feel threatened. Chair is def. The obvious endgame but "obvious" and "endgame" arent popular themes for shows these days.....its all about the twist.

I think the Chair this season is a red herring. I'm fairly certain they want Chuck to break up her marriage but Blair will come to see Dan in his own light - as the only person who's truly put her first and wants what is best for her - at his expense. Chuck kissing her etc. does not stop her wedding, as we see her in her dress later on. I think she runs away because she realizes that she's not ready to marry anyone. I truly think that if Chair were endgame, it wouldn't be setting up now, but towards the season finale. Don't forget, we're not sure if there will be another season. I think they are setting the stage for the lonely boy to win Blair's heart. Sorry Chair fans, the writing is on the walls.

I'm Chair right now but if done properly Id be hardcore Dair. I'm not alone either

This show is getting out of hand. What happened to all the other characters? Why does Blair have to choose from 3 men? They are making it more complicated than it really is and it is starting to be boring. I love Chuck and Blair but I have a feeling that they are doing everything possible for them NOT to be together, which is really sad.

I want Blair and Dan to be together so badly. Ugh.

"I Love Chair" The poll is an old one. It has nothing to do with this post even though it was added to it.

Gossip Girl Season 5 Episode 10 Quotes

Lily: Just because Carol made a mockery of her own debut does not mean Charlie should be cheated out of the experience.
Rufus: Yeah, she hired Karen Finley to go in her place and when Carol's name was called, Karen walks out wearing nothing but chocolate and a pillbox hat.
Lily: Now I'm a Karen Finley fan, but it was a bit much. We were barred from the Plaza for years.

Apologies have been made and the security breach fixed. But two weeks later, still not one tip. Apparently no on can hold a grudge like an Upper East Sider. And no one can lie like one either.
