Katy and Penelope are both represented among B's potential Constance bridesmaids ... along with a girl from Columbia who really needs to shut her yap and speak when she's spoken to. Bow down!

We also learn what the episode title refers to, what Serena's boss' plans are for Dan's movie, and how Diana feels about going public as a couple with boy toy Nate (no big surprise on that front).
