Ok to put the rumors to rest heres what I found out from a spoiler preview at a site of this episode. First Alex survives this episode. Second Meredith will get hurt but they don't know how bad it will be, have to watch to find that out. Centered around all characters evenly. Cliff hanger will be not will Meredith and Alex lives more like WTF? And there is more than one cliffhanger

Freakin' hell, they're gonna kill Henry. I just feel it, hence the Cristina being shocked part. I'm going to be watching Izzy and Denny all over again. Owen will probably carry a distraught Teddy away from a dead Henry. I think it's time to end Grey's. Too much recycling is going on.

Really hasn't been much released, so they really are trying to keep everything under raps. Like only 3 still pics, now only 3 sneaky peeks and nothing about what really happens in that ambulance, other then we know it get's hit and we see them getting jostled around. Intense Intense Intense.
Oh and we already know Mer is ok because of the accidental picture spoiler by JW over weekend of the epi 11 title and opening scene opps.
I think the Cristina scene is Owen telling her it was Henry she was operating on and because he died she get's upset.
Bring on the episode and god i hope there is a episode on the 8th dec.

After reading this:
Henry is sent to the OR for emergency surgery while Teddy's away; Meredith and Derek receive news about Zola; Callie and Jackson are blamed for their patient's post-op complications; and Meredith and Alex treat an ailing infant at a neighboring hospital and get involved in a life-threatening situation.
And seeing the clips above, I think I have a better understanding of the preview....
Here's my guess...
Cristina is crying not because of Meredith but because Henry dies while she's performing surgery and it isn't until it's over and she's trying to figure out who the patient is to notify his family that she learns it's Teddy's husband and she has to give her the bad news. That's probably going to put a wedge between her and Owen because she's going to feel like she was tricked into the surgery never knowing just how important her patient was....yikes. If I'm right, I'd be pissed my husband!
Guessing that, I think Derek's "what is it?" reaction is goi

im pretty sure if alexx dies i think i will ball my eyes outt. he is just soo cute. i love him. he grew on me throughout all of the seasons.

Isn't there supposed to be another ep on 12.08?
Oh, I really hope Justin Chambers isn't leaving the show too...
I cant wait for this episode and i hope not the last of 2011 because then i will be mad. ALex is going to die i know that for a fact because this is his last episode and mer doesnt die. And henry aint gonna die he is to cute to die the best looking guys are left in this order: 1) Derek 2)Avery 3)henry 4) mark and 5 would have been alex.

im soo upset this is the last episode of 2011 (i think) and we wont know what happens to what evere the cliffhanger is till 2012. ! disappointing

Whyyy do i get the feeling that Owen is going to say 'It's Henry' And Cristina will have that 'Sad Time' all over again :(
