Pretty Little Liars to Return with Scary Lucas, New Male Character

As viewers learned on last month's special Halloween episode of Pretty Little Liars, Lucas most definitely has a dark side.

Look for it to be explored even more when this ABC Family hit returned on January 2, according to producer Oliver Goldstick.

"There's a big reveal coming up for Lucas... [he's] getting scarier and scarier," Goldstick tells TV Guide, adding ominously: "Somebody is getting arrested and somebody is getting killed."

Elsewhere, the show has cast Australian actor Lachlan Buchanan for the role of Duncan. Not much is known about the character, but he'll appear in at least two episodes and have some connection to Alison's past.
