Gossip Girl Fashion Recap: A Debutante Done Wrong
Another party, another tragedy, and some awful leather shorts.
Emotions aside (and believe us there are emotions), we’re here to talk about the lighter things from Gossip Girl's midseason finale - the fashion! In “Riding in Town Cars with Boys,” Chuck and Blair unknowingly matched ensembles yet again only to meet an unfortunate star-crossed lover fate that they must pull through together.
Meanwhile, a why-are-you-still-here Louis looked absolutely ridiculous in that suede robe jacket, Dan wore another damn flannel and tried to do the right thing while sipping on scotch (the bonding was effective!) and Serena wore some leather shorts that we’d rather not start talking about or we’ll never stop.
A bosomy Charlie choked the truth up to a botoxed Rufus and Lily stunned 'em again with two beautiful dresses and even more emotional scenes. NY Spectator Editor-in-Chief Nate looked in a sharp suit, but the man could be in a paper bag and look beautiful, so we’ll just leave that alone.
All in all, the planets seemed to be aligning last night and then suddenly were thrown off-course in large part to our new debutante, Chivy. That doesn't stop our favorite Upper East Siders from looking fabulous as always.

I want Charlie's dress! Gorgeous! Amazing! That dress is my wet dream! (among a few others) but I have a weakness for pretty, glamorous dresses.

where are the mens fashions?!?!?! chucks wardrobe is amazing! I would have loved to try to find that orange trench he wore in season one (still would) and just the stuff he gets to wear is pure dandy amazeballs!

i cant believe u werent talking about serena's top, the cleavage on that thing at one point was ridiculous. they should change the rating lol (im talking about the top she wore when wearing the ugly shorts) :P

I don't get why Blair is always wearing gigantic dresses...Hiding a pregnancy was something people did back in the days...Even with those dresses she cannot fool anyone... Everybody knows she is pregnant now (gossip girls sent blasts) so why doesn't she wear more fitting clothes. Big paterns are strange too.

This can look like a crazy but think that maybe Chuck’s scenes before the episode 100 can be a ghost
Maybe it can happen similar to what happens in the movie Just Like Heaven where the protagonist Elizabeth Masterson has an accident of car and remains in comma state and appears as ghost for most of the movie
In the final part of the movie there is discovered that Elizabeth is hospitalized in the hospital and wakes up
So I have think that maybe one can appear Chuck as ghost to Blair in the scenes where they meet together before the episode 100 or maybe to be an illusion of Blair
And in the episode 100 maybe Chuck wakes up

I know that, but what I meant was that you see those leather shorts a lot, so I didnt get the surprise reaction 'what was this outfit', and in my opinion leather shorts are cool and I respect your opinion and Im not looking for a disussion or something but I think you exaggerated, she is not partically naked
