Coming Soon: The Nine Lives of Chloe King... The Movie?!?

by at . Comments

Potentially amazing news, fans of The Nine Lives of Chloe King: ABC Family has not ruled out bringing the drama back... in movie form!

At today's Television Critics Association winter press session, network president Michael Riley said he tries to take a "long-term view" of all shows," adding that Chloe King - a TV Fanatic favorite - was an "amazing" series that may yet be resuscitated.

We "are on the verge of putting a movie into development," Riley said of a film version of the show. "We always look at the intellectual property that we're capitalizing on and making sure there's opportunities for even more storytelling."

Notice to careful phrasing of Riley and it's clear a Chloe King movie is still a long ways from production. But the possibility does exist, which is more than we could say 30 minutes ago.

Would you go see a Chloe King movie?

I would really, really love if the show was brought back, I don't think it could be as easily summed up in a movie, but if thats all that can possible happen I would really love to see like a LOT of other people would. It being cancled was abousolutly ridiculus, especially were it was end. That was one of the most suspenceful ending I have every watched on a TV series and I still can't belive it could lead to nothing, that I might never find out what happened to everyone!

I need to know what happens in Nine lives of Chloe King!!! This was my favorite show from ABC family. You guys canceled that and also you canceled Kyle XY, Jane by design, make it or break it. I am not going to watch ABC family anymore if you just keep canceling shows that a lot of people love including myself. I get into watching them and then you decide to end them when there are so many loose ends?!?! That does not make any sense. I Guess I will have to just stick with "The CW" channel because they actually continue to run shows and not cancel them in stupid places. Bring back Chloe King!

I could not believe my eyes when I read u cancelled this series. It was a awesome series. I am highly dissatisfied pointed in ur choice to keep two series I do not watch over one I loved. The story line for Chloe king was amazing. I just can't believe it's over. I'm always checking the web to make sure I do not miss it just in case u all at ABC come to your senses.

Continuation: Although the argument might sound from you, that not watching the first season might result in the inevitable cancellation of the show, well I am sorry to say, but I just cant be bothered any longer. You did it with the secret circle as well, just to mention another show. So if you cannot at least, assure your viewers that you will give your shows some kind of ending which we can actually 'live with' then I am sorry, I cannot be bothered to keep getting hocked on your "appetizer shows", as I think they are just making a mockery of us viewers.
Sincerely a dissatisfied viewer

Dear ABC, I am well aware, that we live in a world, where money needs to be made, actors needs to be paid and so forth. However, I think it is to your great detriment that you, again and again, cancel shows without giving them some sort of 'ending'. If you cannot 'afford' a second season ( although that is very dissatisfying to us viewers, who have fallen in love with the show) at least, you should consider making a few more episodes to round of the show ,and not leave many viewers completely and utterly disappointed! I think, to be frank, that its disrespectful to your viewers, that you do not consider adding a few more episodes to give it at least some kind of ending.
Truth is, you are dependent on your viewers, and as one of them, I can tell you that I am actually choosing ( as from now) not to see shows, before a second season has been released, due to the fact that I really don't want to get into a show to then get disappointed at being left with a cliffhanger ending.
