I think this episode is going to take a few viewings to sink in what happened... I was expecting a "The Graduate" moment and I sorta of got it....

Serena telling Dan the famous line of the pilot was LAME. It was rushed, and she didn't really give it that much meaning. A let down.
Also, Georgina is GG! I don't buy it, who says Georgina can't hack a server? But I can't imagine all the plot holes associated with her being GG if it really is true.

i died at the end of the episode like omg georgina is gossip girl?!! other than that i feel so bad for blair but she really should'nt have gone thru wit the wedding

haven't seen the episode yet.. but i totally guessed G.G was georgina!! booyah!!! this is awesome. review sounds good.. i just hope we are nearing either dair or dare i say it chair... i want b to be happy and to finally pick someone!!!! it's been too long.

first of all, there's no way georgina's gossip girl. she probably just hacked her. and second of all i may never watch this show again.

Blair pretty much got what she deserved, she was cheating with Chuck behind Louis' back and she made a ridiculous promise/vow/pact to God to stay away from Chuck and stay in a loveless marriage. She had several opportunities to end this sham of a relationship but foolishly chose not to when she's only marrying him for the princess title.

Yeah, I didn't really like this episode. But, I NOW LOVE LOUIS.
Finally. FINALLY! Badass, f*cked up Louis! Everyone I know has been saying I was crazy for HATING that french guy; but I was so right! All Frenchies on Gossip Girl are evil. Enjoy it B, you TDI!
Stupid Blair and her stupid religion crap. Look where that got you, huh? If there was a really a God who punished you for going against him, Blair and all her friends would be dead by now.
After this episode? I can't see a Dair ending. I can't see another ending besides Blair and Chuck. Yes, they're screwed up and I'm not trying to turn this into a shipping war, God knows both ships have their screw ups, but Chair is clearly not over.

Actualy all in all my favorite part of the episode was Lily and Rufus, and I don't mean that bitter or sarcasticaly-I just thought there continouse popping up on Georgina was hillarious (sorry I am a terible speller). I also love that the comercial break cut right before we were about to restart the wedding, making you think we are going to come back in on vows and then someone was going to stop it, but then it cuts back to the cutting of the cake and I was like, what? It was brilliant. Also glad there is now a justifiable reason to hate Louis, and I've had feelings that Georgina might have been Gossip Girl from the first season, so I'm glad thats settled.

how can anyone say that the actors didn't do a good job and that this episode was bad?
It was the first episode in years with some actual twists. The actors were amazing as well. Esp. Louie.....his bad side was intense. Best acting he had done since he came.

As much as I would love Georgina to be Gossip Girl, a part of me thinks it is highly unlikely. But we'll see.
There was also another unmentioned nod to the past: at the start, Blair is seen in the window of the car driving up to her fitting; like Serena coming in on the train in the pilot.
All in all, I think it was better than episodes have been in a while, but just the slight nods made me so very sad because the show is so very different.

What the hell, every episode you tell us it's amazing and then you go and write the show has been mediocrity all season. Are the reviews not written by the same person? The episode was bad, how could you not see this. It was a copy of all the episodes of season 5 pasted together really badly. All the actors were off their characters. Nobody acted well.

I was surprised that Blair didn't react more to finding out Dan wrote the vows~! It was just a..."oh...okay well...". I thought that would've been the breaking point for her to just leave! Although I'm a huge fan of Dair...I think the writers will be forced to have Chair end up together in the end...but why not have them be together for at least a little? I just want her to admit that she might have some feelings too....and poor serena. I know there are a lot of Derena fans, but I really don't think it's meant to be. She needs to stay single...and strong. Plus, even if they're not related by blood...they share a half brother, and that's creepy enough.

But I also loved Louis tonight. Such a lovely twist.
Chuck's scenes were predictable as usual. Good guy, bad guy- who knows, who cares.

I am done I have watched this show religiously for all the seasons but I am done. This was the last thing that I wanted to see happen and now that it has I will watch the show sporadically. Who knows maybe it will take a turn for the better but whatever I have given up. The episode was a shocker for sure but it just didn't shock me the way I wanted it.
I am not a huge any couple shipper but her actually going through with the wedding just absolutely killed the Blair that was season 1+2. Although I did like the homage that they made to the pilot. Those were great. To those that will continue watching good luck. :)

TODAY I WATCHED THE FIRST 10 GG episodes to prepare and I must say I miss the dynamic they had. So now Break it down character by character.
Chuck ! I didn't except him to trick the priest. ;) nice touch, he changed we know it and it's nice. But Depressed Chuck is nice. Elenor stepping up for her happiness, it's just a beautiful show of their connection , where it was and where it's now. So he got his sign and now do something. Chucks speech was just right, and he did it right. I never was a Chuck fan but my heart broke when she left him in the room. Didn't know if he would crash the wedding with the clip so it was the right time for commercials.
Nate. I always missed him having some development. He matured a lot, but I miss the 5 year time jump cause he is just "22" and already has a great company. (Okay chuck worked it well with 18, so Nate is slow). Hope he and real Ivy survive this.

Serena! I always loved her and Dan. The chemistry is their but that isn't how we know them!But I love how much she respects their history and doesn't rush things.The speech she put on for Blair was just emotional enough and not overdone.I always thought she would die at the end of the show.
Georgina Sparked OUT! hahhahah XD But Gerogina is a Queen B by herself. Always loved her GAME! Is it possible she was GG all the time. Seems like she will stay around.
Blair! She was beautiful, funny and emotional through the whole episode. A perfect performance. And we all know she called Dan the one who was always there. DAN! OK I get it U can't fight Ur heart but how can U don't be with Serena.Go cut Ur HAIR!He is a sucker for Blair and hopefully they will be ENDGAME.
Louis! I missed his twisted side. And maybe that is what the show misses, someone we can hate.Cause the group is playing the game to nice. Hope he stays EVIL just for this season.

Amazing review.
In the end, she will be with Chuck. This is just obvious but til then the show has to continue so there's no loss in exploring new story lines. I'm satisfied with how the show is going after tonight. It was the first episode in a long that had me jumping at the edge of my seat.
I can't wait for more.

I really liked this episode. I was pretty shocked at the end of it. I couldn't believe how messed up Louie was. She'd better annul the marriage QUICK!
