I like how their fake relationship is developing and how its leading towards the Great Derena reunion...Yeah Dan might take this fake relationship FAKE but we all know Serena has always been the ONE for him...And its just a matter of time....

@DictatorBlair, of course there is no need to argue... Afterall i'm very fond of Blair's friendship with Dan. But though it took 4 seasons for this friendship to happen the show never focused on the build up of this relationship. I mean...the only reason they were forced to interact with each other was when Serena was conserned. Because they both loved her and wished to protect her. So..forgive me..but to me it does seem very sudden... Dan was deeply in love with Serena. She was his the girl of his dreams... I'm not saying that his feelings for Blair aren't profound, just that his feelings for Serena couldn't have magically disappeared.

JK. but srsly, the writers have to give Serena something better.. let this storyline die to.. Derena was never good.. never fun.. no reason for it to be now..

In season 1 and some episodes in season 2 they were so adorable and everybody loved this couple so much.
It's sad everything is about Blair right now. And doesn't are about S anymore..
Chrys, sorry but SUDDEN feelings for Blair, really? All the couples in this show get together in like 1/2 episodes and Dan and Blair took four seasons to like each other. You can like them or not, but let's be honest about objective facts, at least. I'd say Dan and Blair took way more time to know each other than Dan and Serena did, and Blair knows him better and viceversa. Proof of that? What about Serena realized Dan's one of the good ones in season 5, while Blair already told her a long ago and she didn't even have a clue because she had found a cuter minion? Or that Blair is her real self only with Dan (by Leighton's own admission)? I apologize, I don't want to argue but I really thought that if there's a thing you can't say about them is that they "got together" (didn't even, actually) all of a sudden.

Well...I think we all know that Serena considers Dan her most imporatant relationship and that she would love to have him back but i didn't get anything extra from the clip... They look pretty friendly and casual.
I personally like Derena very much... It's not as breathtaking as a pairing as Chair is but they had a very sweet relationship. A relationship that i believe hasn't completed its cycle.And Dan till recently hadn't gotten over Serena...not in the least. I still remember him at one moment fighting for her with Nate (risking their friendship) and the next developing these sudden feelings for Blair and erasing his past with Serena...which seemed pretty weird and unfair to me. So i trully hope that their fake realtionship will move further and it won't leave S heartbroken.
