Grey's Anatomy Photo Preview: "Hope For the Hopeless"
While the alternate reality "If/Then" photos from the February 2 installment of Grey's Anatomy are garnering most of the attention from the show's fans, there's also a new episode airing this week!
Thursday, a pair of sisters come in for a liver transplant performed by Richard, making it his 10,000th surgery. That's an amazing milestone for the Chief (he'll always be Chief to us), but will it end well?
Meanwhile, Mer must choose a new specialty, and Derek and Lexie flip a coin to operate on a previously inoperable neruoblastoma. Elsewhere, Teddy and Cristina defy Owen and steal a case from Alex.
Finally, Adele is brought to Seattle Grace after being found wandering the streets.

That pic of Mer and Webber looking up makes me think Adele has done something to distract them from the operation. Adele doesn't look well. She isn't wearing any makeup and she's crying :(
