@jschoi..he does not realize how much steve has rubbed off on him. Classic scene. Plus loved in season 1 when danny tied that art guy to his car and drove up that circular parking garage, just perfection!! We need some scenes like that again. I miss the bromance. SIGH!

@Martinelli.....I was not suggesting that they hook up. They are on different shows. You can have chemistry w/o sleeping together. I think Steve and Danny have chemistry. Kensi had more chemistry with Steve and Joe in her 3 miniutes then Lori had in 12 episodes.

@Malika - The whole world does revolve around whoever we like, and it is a different character for everyone. For some is AOL, for others is someone else.

I was a big fan of the old H50 with Jack Lord and enjoy the current one as well. At the end of the day I like to sit back and just be entertained, so I realize its just TV and not real life. But the scene on the cliff bothers me. If Steve is still a Seal then he's bound by the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice) and I sure kidnapping and threatening to kill a civilian violates a few of the Articles of the UMCJ. But as I said its just TV and I plan to continue to watch the show.

@jschoi...good insight. That is what is so great about kono and steve. It is like whatever it takes to get the bad guy they are gonna do it. I mean how many times does Chin say..."I did not hear that?" cause ultimately he is a cop and goes by their rules unlike the others. Even danny is becoming less of a cop and more of a independent. Makes it so much more interesting.

On the subject of Steve not being a cop, one of the things I thought early last season was the 2 dynamics of the team. Chin Ho and Danny being veteran cops and Steve and Kono not being cops, yes I know went to the academy but she never worked as a cop. they went by different sets of rules and being paired the way they were Danny and Chin kept them somewhat under control. When Kono and Steve were together with no one in the way that's when things got interesting.

@Zia - I have to disagree. I remember the scene when Kensi from NCIS LA watched the tape and flirted with Joe in the mean time. Steve was not happy about that at all. He was quite angry if I'm not mistaken.
Steve & Kensi - they don't have chemistry at all. Kensi is not good for Steve. She can hook up with Deeks but not with Steve. :)

@Loretto - well said. Maybe if as a group everyone stops harping on how bad LG is (we know she is and/or what she did or who she did it to - remember it's not what you know but who you know) and ignore her maybe it'll work in our favor and she'll go away.
I like the idea of Ian/Adam as semi-regular - he's very handsome too. He'll certainly increase the already beautiful scenery!! I'm in for a petition - where do I sign!
While I like other shows too, this is this is the only show I care to comment on. I'm taking Loretto's advice and am going to sit back and relax and enjoy the show and if the episode bothers me, I'll go to sleep!!

@Zia - I totally agree with you. Alex will always be Alex and Ian will be Ian. Both are good looking just in a different way. We need them both.
The problem is how will they keep him in? He hasn't done anything wrong yet but still is known to associate with known criminals. Besides, his "little chat" with Joe wasn't "by the book".
@amazingalex - Another pretty face will be good for us ladies, don't you think? :)

@Loretto.....I was not able to watch NCIS LA live, but I did DVR it. I hope Kensi comes back to Hawaii and McG helps her with her father. I thought they had great chemistry, even though it was only a couple of minutes. I hope that they are thinking of another cross over. This time for the entire show.

@Zia..I thought the big thing for steve was to make sure everyone knows he is not a cop. I mean yes he works with them but he is still not one. That is what I like about 50 is they dont work under the same rules as the police, which makes it more fun to watch. I like his tactics it makes the show different from all the other million other cop shows on TV. And of course we agree on AOL's level of hotness!! LOL!
And you are spot on about AOL being H50, without him there would be no show.

There is always room for another nice looking actor. I still prefer Alex, but I am not blind that Ian has the looks also. The point is that they both can act, and his addition would be welcomed to the show.
@Malika....no the world does not evolve around AOL, but this show does. Without him, there would not be one.
@amazingalex.....You are right that Alex said he was not a cop in the past, but last epi he said he is no longer in the service. Although they still call him Lt. Commander. So since he works with cops, I guess that makes him one.

Okay - after all my complaining about Lori, etc - I'm trying to just relax and enjoy the show. Okay, the writing hasn't been at all up to the par of the first season; but Shelburne is kinda fun to think about, even if it's being drawn out awkwardly; if Lauren G is kept on the sidelines, it's tolerable; yes, Ian is hot but whether he's on or not doesn't govern the overall premise - the key four do, and their characters and stories need to be built against solid mysteries. There's always something to enjoy in each episode, so I'll keep focusing on those (repeat viewings actually help) and stay in there for the season's run. Oh - and our NCIS-LA's friend's visit to Hawaii has now been mentioned a couple of times on NCIS-LA (looking for info about her father); apparently she's taken two trips to Hawaii - and remember that there was a Singapore reference with Joe which Steve questioned - so is there something there? Look for the fun and intrigue and just enjoy - a resolution . . . .

@angry50fan...I am losing my passion for it as well. It makes me really sad to say it but I feel like they dont care what the fans want and I feel the writers are getting lazy. The four main characters deserve better then this, I feel for them.

My only point is ,in my opinion, alex is exceptionally handsome. Not everyone agrees on who they consider handsome.

Zia.. but steve is not a cop. He says that almost every week. He is a seal and he is part of a task force with immunity. SO when he does stuff like the cliff it is all in character. I agree with you on that point.

@Tali...I totally agree with you. I think there is something to. Nothing else can explain the total lack of wanting to hear what the fans are saying about lori unless there is more to it. I mean come on!! It has never been more obvious that someone was miscast as it is with LG and this character. And if you try to tell him on twitter he wont respond or threatens to close his account. I find it very odd.

I cannot believe there is now a petition to keep adam. I mean I am all for it but it is pretty obvious they dont give a rats behind what we want. I think he is cute but do not think he is AOL's league but that is just my taste. AOL is on a level all on his own, LOL!
