This is nauseating...KH using the Grey angle for PR prior to her movie release. Can't talk about the previous ones cause they were crap. People need to stop putting a microphone in front of that hole in her face...There is nothing genuine about this woman.

I personally think that Alex and April will eventually get together. Just think the writers are leaving this one on a slow burner. They have a little history of failing to hook up. She finds him repulsive and he can't stand her atm. But Alex has come on so far since Izzie, really grown as a person, he's been working hard and has become such a great person/friend/doctor. Although he still has a few kinks to work out I think this is leading up to him being a better person and that April will notice this. I think that when he moves into an apartment with Jackson and April he will start to notice her as not just someone to hook up with but someone to be with.
I think Alex and April will be good together, think she will be great for him as I believe when she gives her heart it won't be lightly and this means she won't leave/hurt Alex.
So go away Izzie!

She left because she thought she was a great movie star, that didn't happen. She slammed the show,the writers and now she wants back, don't think so. Patrick and Ellen will be back so there is no room for her to be front an center, she had her story line it was all about her cancer, too much screen time. Now she wants back just to jump start her career, get a life.

Maybe Shonda will consider it when Ellen and Patrick leave and GA would need more buzz or star power. And when this happens the only interesting story line is her relationship with Karev... But what's the point? Alex may never be "in love" again, but his character remained interesting even after Izzie left... He's become an awesome surgeon and a man with a heart who cares for his patients and friends!

I know KH played a hudge role on Grey's. I would LOVE to see her back on the show. I guess there is two way of looking at it. She can either make a guest appearance and leave again and EVERYONE is sad AGAIN... Or she can stay for a while or even permanent again because let admit it. Everyone is a mess on Grey's and there is always someone holding the team together. After Izzy left evrything fell appart. Don't get me wrong the show is better then ever but by the look at ratings and the depressing fans my vote goes to bringing Izzy back to the show! She is a great actress and played a hudge role on Grey's. If you see KH on any other show or movie you imediatly think Grey's Anatomy.

As much as I hope that she returns, I think the odds are against her here unfortunately :( The one thing I'm glad about is that no one else is ending up with Alex.

Bring Katherine Heigl back! Izzie brought such a great energy to the show, and was a huge part of many storylines, especially with Alex. Not to mention bringing back Heigl will be a huge burst in the ratings.

As much as KH's departure was a big steaming pile of mess, you can't deny that her storyline with Karev has a huge gaping hole that was left unfilled. In Grey's Anatomy terms, some guy's face got torn off and you only replaced half his face.
I mean, seriously, the "conclusion" to that story was that Karev received divorce papers and he went back to being his slutty self and can never sustain any form of relationship. I think having KH back as Izzie will help to conclude their relationship (if that's what Shonda wants) as well as to progress Karev's storyline and his character.
Honestly, I'm getting really tired of the old douchebag/slut routine when every other character has had some form of maturity/change and maintained it. It's time to get Izzie back and I don't see how that would do anything except provide a long-awaited closure.

KH eating humble pie and wanting back in GA? Or is the truth her flim career hasn't reached the dizzying heights with run of the mill films and missed oportunities.
She only needs to make a brief one episode appearance to break alex's heart again, at the end of the season when GA needs to go out with a big buzz. I just can't see KH wanting to have the commitment of appearing in a tv series as a cast regular.
KH may be too problematic for the GA producers to want her return

I think that although I loved the character of izzie, heigl just doesn't deserve to come back after talking about the show like that. She was really stuck up and GA already has enough main characters for the moment. My worry is that they'd demote someone like april, bring izzie back and then she'd do the same thing all over again.

I would love to see her back! But she must be a really good storyline so she so intergrate well with the other characters!
My options:
1. She becomes the right hand of Avery's mom and be a big ass! And a sweetheart to Zola!
2. She comes back witha big shark cardiosurgeon and compets with Xtina and takes him down!
3. I don't know just make it AWESOME !

I used to like her and I do enjoy some of her movies and Izzie was great but the way she trash talked the show made me lose respect for her and I guess she realized the grass is not always greener and that she was not the one that made Grey's as they survived without her and now that she dose not have all these movie rolls coming in she is wanting to go back to Greys with her tail between her legs

IF ABC and Shonda Rhimes are smart, they'll bring her back. It'll boost ratings and give people hope in her and Alex reuniting. I think, however, that they should put her on a probational status for the last half of the status and see how it goes. If it were to go well, they should put her back as a series regular status, but they should not put her before the rest of the cast by demoting other people. It's completely unfair for the other people to be thrown for the wolves and out of the job for someone who couldn't wait in the first place to leave once they had the opportunity.

I feel like Heigl left Grey's thinking her movie career would blow up because she had some success with Knocked Up and 27 Dresses, but in reality every movie she has made since leaving has pretty much bombed.
So, being smart she is eating shit and publicly begging for a return to Grey's where she found stardom. The biggest mistake actors/actresses can make is dumping on the show that made them, she would be nothing without Grey's and I think she forgot that for a while.
Speaking in terms of Izzie, I desperately want her back. Izzie and Alex belong together and she was always one of my fave characters. But if I were Shonda Rhimes, I'd let her beg for a while before making any decisions.

Only if she will stay. I'd love to see Izzie back but I wasn't sorry to see her leave because of all the back and forth games. It would be great if she'd come back, but only if it's permanent and she's really committed to being a part of the cast again, through the end or the end of her contract. And no more drama.
