The Evil Queen's outfits were kinda badass.
A theory that the hot new guy could be Rumple's son...or some other fairytale character that may have been outside the realm of Storybrooke...who knows. It'd be funny if Henry were somewhat wrong and he's just some random stranger. My heart hurts a bit (pun intended) that they got another hot, leather wearing guy so soon after Graham died. : ( I think this was a filler episode not as good as some of the others but not nearly as bad as that Cinderella one. Can't wait for next week!

Rumple's son would be roughly the age of the 'mystery man', but he wouldn't be able to be 'from out of town' could he? or COULD HE?
I think there can only be ONE truly evil person, and that is Regina. I think Rumple has done evil things, but he is driven by trying to champion the underdog and protect children (I know sounds crazy). I think in the end, he will be the one to help Emma defeat Regina, so he can find his redemption, because, as the previous dark lord indicated, it is sooo tiring living. I think Rumple might be ready to 'retire', especially if his son comes back to him and forgives him. I think that's why he holds on.

Good point about the sleeping curse. She did say that to Maleficent. Maybe this apple doesn't have that type of curse on it yet though. I think there is an upcoming episode titled "Fruit of the Poisoned Tree" so I'm guessing that has something to do with the apple.
When Emma was talking to Ava/Nicholas's father last night, did I hear correctly that she said "When she found her kid or something A MONTH ago"......She's only been in Storybrooke a month? Sure seems like longer than that with everything that's happened....

EQ got the spell for the curse from malificent, maybe the apple is something the blind witch had that she wouldnt give to EQ. So I dont think their contradicting themselves. Maybe the "new" guy isnt from outside storybrook, maybe hea just from the burrows of the town... But then he wouldnt need to go to rubys, hmmm. I wonder how old rumples kid was though when the curse took hold. Hoe long had rumple been in his job of finding lost souls when EQ came to him for help. Maybe mr gold wants to be on emmas side when all hell breaks loose, and maybe he sincerly like her. I cant see him wanting to lose everything he recieved in storybrook and going back to his evil ways so that could be why he doesnt want to stay on her bad side, he doesnt seem too fond of regina.

Not feeling tonight's episode, a bit cheesy for my taste, but love Evil Queen's face when she said "Now she's cavorting with dwarves? When did THAT happen?"
wait aren't they contradicting themselves didn't maleficient give Regina/EvilQueen the sleeping curse for Snow/Mary Margaret?
I'm Dying to see the next episode, it's about time the made it about snow and charming...Emma's parents.
Also, Emma is starting to show her feelings towards her parents, she wants to find them I think she kind wants to believe its snow and charming and about the curse.

Also, what's the deal with the apple? Is there only one 'poisoned apple' or is she going to plant it and make a tree of poisoned apples? What is their backstory? How did the blind witch come to have the apple?

The possibilities are endless on who the mysterious stranger could be. He could be Rumple's son (but again I still have issues with how that is possible. If he were to still be the same age as when the curse affected everyone, wouldn't he have had to stay in Storybrooke? Only Emma 'ages' normally, but it's because she's protected from the curse). Whoever he is, he must be someone that the curse didn't affect, someone that 'got out'. The 'Pied Piper'? Robin Hood? I'm excited to see. I'm also really intrigued by who Henry's father is now. I believe the part where Emma said she was in jail when she found out she was pregnant, but I don't believe the part where she said she tried to contact his father. I think his father is how she ended up in jail in the first place. He must be a bad dude.
