To highlight an error in the review...Frank's cellphone already got planted in the Graysons' garden. It was his wallet that got placed in Tyler's pocket (and...ahem...how are the fingerprints that may match Amanda Clarke in a database not going to be found on it while Tyler's aren't?)

THANK THE HEAVENS! Tyler is finally gone. That guy made my skin crawl and it was getting to the point that I couldnt look at him w/o cringing.Hopefully he wont be returning at all or anytime soon at least.
Emily apologized to Nolan. That was due and made me happy.Especially now that they've reached their groove.I like their dynamic but it works better this way where she isnt using him or treating him like crap but actually trusting him and being his friend.Their moments made me smile.Loves me some Nolan.:-)

Great. I'm glad she apologized to Nolan. Declan remains a moron.
Great episode. Love that Emily apoligized to Nolan. Jack cannot fool anyone he still carries a torch for Emily.
That wasn't Daniel's proposal, that will be next wednesday.
Should the faux Amanda will start to investigate the truth about David Clarke?
Why is Ashley so mad at Emily?

I thought the episode was solid. Emily needed a fall-guy, Lydia wasn't solid enough whereas Tyler had a far more likelihood of making it stick.
that is not to say that Tyler is out of the picture completely.
I thought her apology to Nolan was sincere because she realized she overreacted her invite to him later cemented that.
Got to give the girl her due, she executed her contingencies with brass.
Declan mouthing off is a variable that is certain to mess with things. 'Amanda' is already weary of Emily and Jack, with good reason.
Now that thing with Clark being brought to her attention she is likely to start doing some diggin' of her own and should she find out she is likely to take out Daniel.
having said that Jack also seemed very determined to protect his 'Amanda' from anyone trying to hurt her again. and the Grayson's going after Amanda could spell disaster in the form of Jack.

For those of you who keep saying Emily could have attacked Tyler or he should have really shot someone, did you guys miss the part saying the gun had no bullets? It was a set-up all along - and Emily played along by being scared. Nolan said that in the end about her faking emotions while knowing the gun was empty and how brilliant it was.

I don't think we've seen the last of Tyler and he could end up opening Emily's door under the carpet now that he knows there's something down there!

@AmyGirl: I think because (faux) Emily is still trying to keep up appearances and if she did try something like that it probably would have raised more questions about her. Not to mention, she's trying to keep up a low profile, so doing something like let's say; taking down a crazed gunman would not help. Yes, it would make her look like a hero, but I think she was just trying to establish that she's just like everyone else.

Great comebaack I was just scared that Tyler found the spot where Emily has everything on everyone, the tapes, pics, in that moment I was just praying she had moved it or that he'll get caught..

No I don't. Victoria already had Daniel before considering leaving her husband for David. If anyone is Emily's half-sibling, it's Charlotte.

I just have a question. Why didn't Emily use her bad-ass ninja skills on Tyler? I'm pretty sure they mentioned why, but I missed it.

I think that Charlotte Grayson is Emliy's half sister...that Victorica was pregnant with her and that's why she was planning to leave Conrad for David. The Flashback on the beach totally clued it! but great episode Tyler could have cracked harder but he was unknowing pawn by Emily so it was perfect!

The whole time Tyler was holding Emily and everyone else at gunpoint I just kept think, "come on Emily....you could take him out in a second!". I was amused to have Nolan basically say the same thing to her after it was over.
So should we assume a romance between Nolan and Ashley is going to begin? I don't like Ashley...she's a whiny bitch. Jealous of Emily she will stab her friend in the back to climb the social ladder.
I'm glad Tyler is gone....he was more sleezy than creepy to me.

I was surprised by the apology too, but am not sure it was made out of a sense of loyalty - Ems is so hard to read, and she does the manipulation thing so well - we've seen her doing this with 'Amanda', so I don't know how much honest remorse was in that apology, and how much of it was handling Nolan.
Loved this episode. Pretty much everything perfect and Emily continues to be the best manipulator and chessmaster in the show's world.
Still thinking that the puny little lawyer somehow ended up working for her or something.
Also while I do agree that Victoria IS the main target of Emily, I do think that the show made it extremely clear that Victoria is not exactly that "evil", just flawed weak human who made series of seriously bad choices and is still governed by them. Conrad IS the real bad behind it all, the driving force behind David Clarke event.
I do feel somewhat sorry for Victoria. She is a woman who made some stupid choices herself and was forced to make some even stupider by others. She has been living in that "fake" happiness with a taste of guilt in her mouth ever since then and now she is starting to get a payback on what she did and while she is standing tall and moving forward, she is ALSO someone who is getting completely devastated emotionally.

I wasn't what I Expected! A solid episode but I missed the peak! Tyler should've at least shot someone, not dead but bleeding out!
I love fake emily she is so georgeus! A real little sneaky bit**! She had everything pland! I she wanted she could've took Tyler down in the hous but no she was going for all drama! The part with F walet briliant! :D
The part when Tyler asked C about Amanda's dad, best moment for now! Really enjoyed fake Amanda tonight finally she had a purpose!
I like Nolan! I would love Nolan and Ashley but will see where they headed there!
Looks like a better installment next week, with Daniel messing with V and E (he plays V with the story he wants to marry E to help herand E falls for him trully!)!

I feel like the mini-hostage situation was over anticipated. It lasted a mere 2 and half minutes? That and Tyler's game of "truth or die" could have really caused some tension among the characters and I was looking forward to it. The writers really flushed that one down the toilet.
I honestly believe that (faux) Amanda will really start digging up things behind (faux) Emily. After the party, she was really inquisitive about (faux) Emily's past and her dad. I think that'll get interesting.
My favorite subtle present giving was Victoria's gift to Daniel. Emily's simple remark of "how inventive" was truly hilarious and the icing on the cake.
