Lacking new competition from CBS, Grey's Anatomy finally returned with a new episode last night and enjoyed a seven percent ratings bump from its 2011 finale. How did fresh episodes of two CW favorites fare?

So glad to see these ratings for both Grey's and Private Practice! Both shows delivered great episodes. Also hoping to hear about season renewals soon!

WOAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Grey's Anatomy is up and so is Private Practice. Hopefully this means another season for PP and another two for GA. Yay!
