@V I agree with you 100%. I have totally stopped watching GG because Blair is not suppost to be with Dan. Dan is suppost to be with Serena. Chuck and Blair are ment to be together!!! CHUCK AND BLAIR FOREVER!!! I'm not going to watch GG again until Chuck and Blair are back together!! Chuck is my fav character!!

@V Maybe you should take your own advice, I can say whatever I want.
@Elisa Dan/Blair were snarky and both judgmental in their own ways, which is why they react the way they do, they've helped Serena on certain occasions.

@V & @ Where's Waldorf, I agree with you! I really invested my time in this tv show and it's normal to feel a little bit disappointed.
@Anonymous, I said " "despised" " because that's true that they actually didn't hate each other, but they actually weren't all so friendly with each other. Maybe the right verb to use were ignore, since that Blair would have never considered Dan if he hadn't have a relationship with Serena... In any case, it's not very influent the fact that they worked togheter or she helped him with Serena, because you can work with someone you don't like, or help someone who loves too someone you care, don't you think?
Anyway, besides that, the only thing that I can't really stand is the fact that Blair has been hypocritical to Chuck...
Oh, and I won't drop the show, not yet, since there's still one season and I am quite interested with Nate's and Chivy's storylines...
(sorry for my English, but it's not my first language...)

@Anonymous Feel free to take your own advice and stop explaining yourself to us/me cos you're wasting your precious + ample time. You seem overly invested in this show and peoples opinion it's strange. The trolling on this site makes one wonder how productive your life is in reality. I have been a silent fan of the show but I have made an exception this time around :)

@ Where's Waldorf I feel the same way! I am glad someone gets where I am coming from. Fans who have invested time, energy and even money (buying DVD's etc) should be allowed to vent if things aren't going the way they want on GG without anyone trying to make them feel bad for being human and throwing a tantrum. I have been a solid Chair fan since the 1st season and remained a faithful fan since then even though I recently decided not to watch the show again. I got over that and went back to watching it and not just relying on TV Fanatic and GG FB page even though scenes with Blair and Dan upset me. I will still watch cos the sad truth is Chuck and Dan are my favorite characters, I just can't stand Dan with Blair! It feels wrong anyway I try to look at it.

@Anonymous Must I keep telling you it is not your place to instruct anyone to quit watching the show if they are that upset or not? Permit me to suggest something to you: Let people be upset over GG, let people be happy over GG, let people air their views about GG, let people decide to keep watching GG, let people decide to quit watching GG, it is their choice, they do not need your input to quit watching the show same way they did not need your input to watch the show or are you paying for their cable or internet access (me inclusive) in any way?

@Anonymous I suggest you go back to my earlier post, read through calmly and you will see I did in fact ask if you were a GG writer. Once again, it is everyone's choice to air their opinion(s) in this forum without anyone instructing them to quit watching the show if they are displeased with the way it is going. The fact that you say it is their choice to listen (to your instruction) or not is irrelevant, you are not their (or my) parent nor a person in authority to even go there. If you feel pointing out the high handed manner you have been instructing people to quit watching the show is an insult then all I can say is truth hurts (sometimes).

As far as the latest episode went, the reviewer said that Chuck wasn't 'all' bad tonight because he had reasons to. TO WHAT? All he wanted to do was throw Dan under the bus. The reviewer was like he wanted to clear his name, when no one even made a big deal out of it. Yeah Blair did at first, BUT SERENA took the blame, not Chuck. And even when Blair knew it wasn't Serena she didn't all of a sudden go off on Chuck. That's BS. Chuck did what he did in the latest episode because he's an asshole, end of story. There was no protecting of Blair(AND HOW WAS HE PROTECTING BLAIR?!?), no clearing up his name. He just wanted to screw Humphrey over, that's it. Hands down. If Chuck's gonna be a bad boy, make him a bad boy. If he's gonna be a good guy who can be bad, then make him that or vice versa. Now he's just a wish washy character that's literally Blair's B****.

That's my point exactly. They're NOT a fan of the SHIP. They're just fans of Chuck and all they do is cry over and feel bad for Chuck. So yeah, they support Chair BECAUSE of how much they want Chuck to be happy REGARDLESS of the things he's done to her. The moment Blair's out, "Chair" fans all of a sudden start bashing Blair, whine, complain or a combination of those things. Yet what they don't realize is that Chuck brought this all on himself.

@Meep You forgot Ivy's character suddenly did a 180 and now she kicked Lily/Rufus out of the house. The pre-nup and the Cece storylines went nowhere.
Hurricane Georgina? Please, she was barely even a breeze, and of course she gave up being Gossip Girl, which also makes that reveal pointless.

@Emily..yes that. Blair was supposed to be going on a powerful woman arc and instead she continued to let men rule her world. When Dan asked if she had decided to go off to a secluded island and life a blissful life or whatever...I so wished that was true. And I don't understand....so what did end up happening with the whole prenup thing..is she getting bankrupted or not...apparently the Vanderwoodsens are. Looks like everyone is ending up in Brooklyn...lol. Gossip Girl won't give a damn about these kids anymore..they are all brooklynites now..Oh and Chuck ...Jack Bass is your daddy!

I'm over Blair. This whole "which guy will she wind up with" and "everybody loves Blair" plot has been going on for two seasons with no real resolution, and to be honest, I'm just sick of her. Her character has become completely selfish- all she cares about is her "true love" of the moment, whomever she thinks it is. Serena's life is completely falling apart, and where is Blair? Oh, that's right, Blair is about to sleep with the guy that her best friend is in love with- right after her grandmother's wake, none the less... What a rotten person. I'm just totally over Blair and all of the Blair related "ships." She has no identity anymore, and that's a shame. It makes her character frustrating to watch. Sure, people have always hated on Serena for being self-obsessed, but has anyone watched what they've done to Blair in the past two seasons? If you ask me, she's even worse. She's not the character I once thought was amazing. She's kind of the worst right now.
