Anyways, I loved this episode. I want mean Chuck to emerge and I want DAIR FTW, I loved the tie scene, where B counted all the things Dan has done for her (good to know she keeps it in mind), his face after "are you gonna make your move or what" was priceless!
Felt bad for Serena tough, she is brooding a lot and pinning on Dan hard, but still... it's sad not to be corresponded on love. I think she should just move on. Nate was so, SO great for her IMO.
Can we just get rid of Louis and his subordinates, please? I think that, in the end, that royal stalker will give B the answer on the divorce loophole. She wants to bang Louis, big time.

I love this website, I do, but sometimes I don't feel like giving my opinion because there are SO MANY PEOPLE annoying with their "UUGHH DAIR KISS" "STUPID DAN, GO CHUCK" and all THAT CRAP!
You can't possibly be this silly to just STOP WATCHING A SHOW BECAUSE OF A KISS, can you? I mean, most of you look like children having a tantrum! Spoiled children.
I respect most opinions (as long as they are well argumented) but... oh my god, most of you are just being... spoiled!

@ Dair FTW i don't think chuck kissing dan's agent is a deal breaker he can kiss whomever he like because blair and him isn't together. unlike dan who kissed blair knowing that blair is married.
so as much as most people like dan and blair to be together i think dan should wait a little more for the right time when blair is no longer married..because if they do get together now wouldn't it be a wrong start to relationship.

Yes, I know. It's like the kiss just broke all the stereotypes at once. It was wonderful, soft but hungry all the same. And the best thing is that we enjoy more than the physical relationship between those two. They have amazing interactions and banter. They can seriously just have their own spin-off because I would DEFINITELY watch it!!!

Low points of the episode:
1. I'm sorry, but I feel the writers were blatantly making fun of fans this episode! For example, Dorota actually using the word Derena. To Derena fans this might not be bothersome, but let me explain. Words out of couples names have not been used in this show before except for real life ones like Brangelina I think, but for they to use Derena in a episode where they actually teased Derena only to have them seriously damaged at the end it's disrespectful the this ship fans in my opinion. There were other things I noticed (I think some things about highschool) but this is the one I remember.
2. Nate's assistant being a traitor. I liked that chick. Not anymore.
3. In the Chuck and Alessandra final scene, her final frame was so ridiculously fake and melodramatic, totally acted and like stage acted, nobody puts that face while been seduced and more so by a hot guy, like a Disney princess or something, it wasn't natural.

So Chair shippers - are you the ones posting all those silly tweets supporting Chris Brown too?Now, no way is Chuck that bad..but the logic is the same. Just because two people were once together, please don't be stupid enough to try to make them come together no matter all the hurtful stuff they went through! Some things can be forgiven but never forgotten.
Dan would never ever hurt Blair that way. From the time he realized he loved Blair, jut look at how wonderful he has been towards her, so caring, so protective, so loving. He may do silly things but never to hurt her, and never with any spite or jealousy or malice. Look at what Chuck does when "in love" and look at what Dan does -Dan is so selfless-he is happy when his true love his happy...sigh what a man!
Why do some women (i.e. if any Dair haters - especially the ones being over dramatic with their proposed Twitter campaign and using words like "disgusting" - are women) well, why do some women just hate good guys!?

I can't believe that dan and blair finally kiss for real this time I been waiting forever for them to get together. I also think this episode was borning dose anyone else think that they could of pick a better gossip girl pick. I hope next week were get more dan and blair stuff.

Hightlights of the episode:
1. The 2 Charlies. Had things been different they could have been BFFs.
2. The Chuck and Nate interaction. Say what you want about Chuck, but he really does love Natie as his brother.
3. The episode proved my theory Phillip loves Georgina. I admit she doesn't seem to reciprocate, but on this show you never know.

@Alex, not sure if you've read all the comments and not for this episode only but since the beginning of Dair. They are NUMEROUS. It's been bugging me for a while now and I feel I'm entitled to point it out. I'm not trying to make an argument but to make people realize how ugly it makes them seem. And obviously, I know not all people said that or do you think I'm blind and haven't seen the other comments?But I have been on tumblr too and I have read "gross" and "disgusting" for more than half a year now. It's not just secluded to this comment section sadly.
And yes, if I want to post about it, I will. Just expressing my opinions here like everyone else.

And if the writers try to make Dan sending that tape to be a huge mistake and a deal breaker (which obviously they are going to do since they need a reason to break up Dair), then I say that Chuck kissing that girl today, for whatever justifications the writers come up with, is just as much a deal breaker. Not to mention all the rubbish Chuck has done against Blair in the past. I used to like Chuck and as long as he does not end up with Blair I can learn to like him again a little bit. But never as it used to be, since the day he tried that physical assault with Blair.

Someone famous on twitter posted: GOSSIP GIRL DIED TONIGHT WITH THE ANNIHILATION OF BLAIR CORNELIA WALDORF'S CHARACTER.
I love Dan and Blair. That scene where she tells him why she wants him to be happy was so wonderful. I have watched the show since day one and I pretty much always hated Dan but since the last half of season 4 and this season I have changed my mind about him. I loved and still do somewhat Chuck and Blair but I am very happy for some Dair.
And for those fans that want to bail because they aren't getting their "ship" I watched 10 seasons of Beverly Hills 90210 but only 1 and 1/2 seasons had my "ship" paired together. Every "ship" can't be happy at the same time, enjoy the ride and see what happens. Even if your "ship" doesn't win out, that doesn't mean that the show isn't enjoyable.

I think is funny how people get mad if it doesn't work out for their favorite couple. If they don't get together nothing terrible is gonna happen. I like Dan and Blair, but i don't hate Chuck. Maybe because i don't have to wonder how they'd be given the fact we already saw them in season 1,2,3 and 4.
I have to point out that as usual there are more Chair fans but i'm surprised that a couple like Dair that it's starting this season has so much fans so hang in there fans. I think GG is for everybody's enjoyment.

There is no point in arguing with single minded children who want to post disgusting comments about Dair. Dan is a wonderful guy and Blair realized it.. and she cares for him too.. she is going to have to make a decision and with those pics it shows she chooses Dan. Chuck doing what he is doing and ready to hurt Dan proves he will always be his old self. Blair needs someone like Dan not a child like Chuck. People can go ahead and bash a character but in the end it is just a show and if you do not feel like watching it go ahead. Chair had their time and now it is Dair's time.

@Kookakicha - how on earth are you posting my very same thoughts :) Gosh I so love Dair together and I like Dair fans too - we seem on the whole to be a much better,sensitive lot then some ferocious Chair shippers! I am sad knowing that Chair will be end game - can't help it these writers will just make it go along boring predictable lines - so I have kept low expectations - I just hope they give us some more wonderful Dair scenes. Imagine, the kiss was so short lived today but the intensity, the sheer romanticism was better than any of the hour long Chair episodes...it had me watching spell bound! All the reasons Blair listed for why Serena would love Dan are really all the reasons why SHE loves Dan. Out of a crazy show, this has been the most natural progression, so beautiful, enriching, mature and romantic and passionate...ah just the two of them in the same screen and kaboom it's dynamic ... DAIR FTW!

how cute is serena on her old constance uniform i kinda wish blair wore a uniform too just so i can see the return of her headband..and chuck wearing his scarf brings back all the good old gossip girl memories..
