Welcome back to TV Fanatic's Grey's Anatomy Round Table!

Our official Grey's Anatomy review broke down last week's episode, "Have You Seen Me Lately," in great detail. Now, TV Fanatic staff writers Courtney Morrison, Sean McKenna and Christina Tran have gathered for their weekly Round Table Q&A to further debate, discuss and dissect the goings on at Seattle Grace/Mercy West.

Read their answers below and weigh in with yours!

----------------------------------------

1. What was your favorite quote from the episode?

Courtney: "I wasn't mugged by a baby, I just don't want kids." Pretty much sums up Cristina Yang in one sentence.

Sean: I couldn't help but laugh at the meat grinder guys ordering Meredith around like she was a doctor. Using the word "stat" just made it funny.

Christina: Meredith: “I don't need help, I'm an excellent surgeon. You know it, I know it, and everybody knows it.” It’s true. I do know it, you know it, and everyone knows Mer is totally awesome!

2. Meredith is teaming up with Callie to study for her boards. Should Mer make ortho her specialty? If not, why?

Courtney: Definitely not. Both of these women are hardcore and Mer could handle ortho, but it's not for her. Grey needs to get back in there with Derek and work on neuro or take up general surgery, something she is actually interested in.

Sean: No. I just don't think that her and Callie make as good of a team. It was an interesting match up, but Meredith seemed so much more in her element when she was working with Derek or even Bailey. Good try, but I say pass.

Christina: Absolutely not. Although I’m sure she’d rock any specialty, we’ve seen her at her best in neuro and general. I still don’t know which is the better of the two for her, but I just know ortho can’t be it.

3. What is in the cards for Cristina and Owen?

Courtney: These two make me worry. I think that they are end game but right now they both resent each other so much that they can't make it work. Owen needs to make up his mind about what he wants in his future. If Cristina is not it... then beat it. These two will take a break, which will lead to some great scenes with Meredith and Cristina. They will work it out when Owen realizes he'd rather have Cristina and no child then neither.

Sean: I really don't know. To be honest, I think it is huge that they even decided to go to couples counseling. That was certainly a step in the right direction, but their relationship makes for some tense moments. There's going to be a lot of work on both ends, but it needs to be both ends.

Christina: A real full-fledged break up, finally! There’s way too much anger between these two, and they need the time and space to figure out if their marriage is worth fighting for or not.

4. Amelia's visit to SGH gives Derek a different type of arc to play. Should his baby sister visit more often?

Courtney: I've mentioned before that I am not the biggest fan of Private Practice, but Amelia is a character that I can enjoy. She should visit more often; after all, she is Derek's family. She needs to come back and spend some time with Meredith and Zola.

Sean: I didn't mind her visit as it does give Derek more to do than just dealing with Meredith and Zola, but it wasn't really doing much for me. I'm more of on a take it or leave it attitude.

Christina: Yes! Private Practice has been incredible this season and Amelia has definitely played her part well. I agree that she ought to visit more often so that she can spend some time getting to know her niece and Meredith. Better yet, the McFamily could also have a weekend getaway in LA visiting Amelia. Next crossover?!

5. Alex Karev: Selfish and terrible or broken and confused? Make a prediction for Alex for the remainder of the season.

Courtney: Broken and confused. We don't know too much about Alex's background except that he was tossed around between foster homes. This guy has never had a real family who didn't leave him until Meredith, Cristina, etc. There is obviously trust issues so he puts on a tough guy persona. We all know that there is a softie underneath who just wants to take care of children since no one ever cared for him. Alex is going to continue to rock peds and end up with the fellowship, hopefully meeting a girl along the way.

Sean: I think Alex is simply Alex and unlike every one else, he doesn't have that special someone to focus his attentions on. His work is the only thing he really has to worry about. So he can be a little hard laced, arrogant, and sometimes selfish, but the guy isn't a bad guy. I think he's going to continue to grow and maybe some of his edge might soften and he might broaden his scope of importance beyond simply medicine.

Christina: Can I go with all of the above? I think that he is finally finding his way, though, and his road to redemption can’t be too far off ahead as he becomes less selfish, terrible, broken and confused.
