Grey's Anatomy Sneak Peek: Callie Torres Isn't Sure ...
In this sneak preview clip from Thursday's all-new episode of Grey's Anatomy, Meredith Grey tries to convince Callie Torres that she's ready for prime time. Callie Torres isn't so sure, however.
We're using their full names here because they are in the clip, third-person style. Always funny. Mer is looking for some advice with her upcoming boards, and Callie is at least partially resistant.
The residents cramming for their oral boards is just one facet of "Have You Seen Me Lately," an episode that features Amelia's arrival at Seattle Grace from Private Practice to beg Derek for help.
Meanwhile, Cristina and Owen engage in heated arguments during marriage counseling, and Alex comes to the realization that in order to be a good doctor, he'll need to improve his people skills.

I'm really glad to see Callie as a mentor, I think she can be a great one with her badass attitude. Besides, she already had a "card system" for the interns a few years ago, so she must have indeed an excellent method !
Sookie thinks that this whole 3rd person style is funny, reminds her of Frank with Izzie and Alex.
