Btw all the spoilers about Damon hooking up with someone else are REALLY annoying. Stefan and Elena storyline is old and stale and she's not the same person that fell in love with him. I'm so frustrated with the rumors of a new love for Damon that I really could see myself not watching anymore. Some people may think that is overly dramatic, but millions of fans (responsible for ratings) cant be wrong...Delena, please?!?!?!

OMG THIS WAS AN AMAZING EPISODE. What was perfect:
1] Elena was there for a minimum. All she did was having :O face. Sheriff Forbes was more useful than her.
2] Focused on Originals. Omg how much i liked that scene of all of them. Elijah is so elegant and awesome. Kol is so handsome omg

PLEASE. TRY STH DIFFERENT WITH THE ORIGINAL DOPPELGANGER. THUMBS UP TO NINA FOR BEING ABLE TO DELIVER KATERINA WITH SUCH EASE. THEY CANT HAVE THE SAME HAIRSTYLE...ELENA HAS HER HAIR SLIGHTLY SHORTER AT THE FRONT ... LOTR IS MY FAVORITE MOVIE COS THEY REALLY PAID ATTENTION TO DETAILS...OF COURSE THEY DIDNT HAVE A DOPPELGANGER , BUT YOU GET MY POINT. PLEASE MAKE HER DIFFERENT FROM KATHERINE AND ELENA SO THAT SHE CAN BE MEMORABLE AND EPIC.

All i can say, forget about the damned triangles. The vampire bromances really rocks me. Love Stefan and Damons growing love, and also Klaus and Elijah. Our love to our siblings is much more complicated. You can choose your friends, but you can not choose not loving your brothers and sisters. You`re compelled to love them by your bloodline. Fantastic. And Nina in what part ever seems to be pure heroin for vampires..lol..great..5stars+

STEFAN STILL LOVES ELENA!!!!!!!! I know you could tell by his actions but Hell He FINALLY came out and said it!!!!!! Stelena ftw!!
Not surprised it was the OW in the coffin bec i called that from day 1 but still should be interesting how the other originals act bec they thought she was dead.
Still a strong believer that Katherine and Damon would make a better couple bec of their banter!

the opening scene between Klaus and Elijah! a real action moment no sweet talk. I like it! ELIJAH ELIJAH who doesn't love him! Such a shame he isn't playing Klaus, he is so devious and evil. so pre-calculated just perfect!
The dinner was quite entertaining. even the Klaus attacking Stefan scene didn't put me on Team Klaus.
No matter what a hot ORIGINAL FAMILY! Raise hands who wants to meet TATTIA!
Candice is the best female actress in this show. She rules,she had gone such a long way, she is so amazing. What a family moment?Made me tear up!:(
Who doesn't Love Elena-Caroline scenes? real BFF's.

i really loved this episode..i'm glad alaric didn't die because by then i would really feel bad for elena. she already lost everyone her adopted parents, her biological parents her aunt and even her brother whose in denver..btw one original brother i think cole is pretty hot..and great girl friend moment between elena and caroline..as or the killings of the council members i'm pretty sure dr. fell is involve somehow. i mean she's also a council member and knows everyone so maybe..how alluring can a petrova be..everyone seems to have fallen for a petrova..
i'm excited for the next episode. i'm starting to jump ship the caroline and klaus ship.hope this happens they're perfect vampire barbie and vampire ken ftw!!!

Has anyone else been watching this show since day ONE? Tyler's mom is head of the councel so she would know where all the secrets are kept barried and has every reason to go after the founders and set up our dear Elena for it. I also think Tyler is the one Dr. Fell is operating on. That said it is so GREAT to have Elijah back!! He is so the best Original!! I can't wait till next week to see what happens next =]
I am very surprised by the lack of Salvatore defense over what Klaus said-basically about neither one of them deserving Elena and that she would be safer without them both in her life. They are in this mess because of HER and the fact she descends from the original doppelganger and Klaus needs her blood. Yes, their tactics haven’t always been non-violent and their plans almost always fail, but they are doing all of this to keep her alive! Without Stefan and Damon, Elena would just be a blood bag for Klaus to use whenever he wants to create more hybrids. I do not believe for one second that they do not deserve her; if she keeps messing with both of their hearts it is going to be the other way around. I love both couples, but right now I am Team Salvatore and will continue to be so. I just wish that the writers and others would have some understanding that they are all in this mess and risking their lives to save Elena.

Wow klaus came out of that episode looking like a total chump.I have to say that everything involving the originals from season 2 up until now has been far more enjoyable than anything else the show has had to offer.I fear what the show will be like post originals,and if the show will retain its viewers that have been so intrigued by them and the great dymanic they have brought.I can say now,that I for one will miss them once the show has moved on.And I cant see the show holding my interest very long with just the Stefan/Damon/Elena love triangle.

Was anyone surprised when her dad died? Hell no. I think the writers have a mission to kill off every parental character off the show. Don't expect Bonnie's mom to be alive for much longer.

Klaus telling stef and Damon that the outcome of the original doppelgänger/vampire brother love triangle was that family was the most important thing. Kinda puts a monkey wrench in the whole "which brother gets her" storyline. Since the writers and a few of the fans appear to want Stefan to win and most of the fans that care want Damon to win, and the books also string u along but with more Delena action, I say the ultimate outcome will be family comes first

I want Delena to happen already . I still think that Elena will end up marrying Matt because she doesnt want to be a vampire.
It's weird because everyone thought she was dead. She didn't turn with the rest of her family, so she must've had vampire blood in her system when she died.

How come no one is saying Tyler killed the ME and attacked both Bill and Alaric? Like Caroline said he's sired to Klaus!!! Tyler makes sense because he wasn't in the episode!!

I'm not liking the low level of love triangle drama! THe writers seem to be constantly telegraphing a Stefan Elena endgame and honestly i was looking forward to some of the good stuff going Damon's way for a while. I'd probably just go meet the sun if I was him, the best looking man in the universe forever doomed to losing out to his very buff but not as good looking brother.

Excellent episode. Let's hope Ric is fully recovered - we can't be sure - his ring is on the fritz. Eipc family meeting finale and , yes, we have no idea where it's all going.
Great death scene with Caroline and her dad (this was a really good development of a relationship over the series).
Damon: She's strong and crafty and you'll die. Elena: At least I'll die trying.
