Last week, TV Fanatic narrowed dozens of contest entries down to six Gossip Girl Chair tribute video finalists.

After over a week of voting, the results are in, and your winner is ... "Poison and Wine" by bumcrackmosh.

With more than 48 percent of the vote, this short, sweet, well-edited and (let's be honest) moving tribute to Chuck and Blair ran away with the competition. Congratulations on a job well done.
