Gossip Girl's Serena van der Woodsen has been on the back burner of late.

Fortunately, when the show returns April 2, she'll be getting a new project.

No, not a man or career path to half-heartedly pursue. According to TV Line's Michael Ausiello, "Serena’s going to take on a new pet project – Lola." That means transforming her cousin's image, i.e. "going all Clueless on L’s homely ass with the goal of turning her into the Upper East Side’s new It Girl."

Meanwhile, we've heard a lot about Dan and Blair's sexual issues.

Will the possible remedy for that involve doing it in public? Not exactly, TV Line says. Rather, "let’s just say they’re in a slightly different state of mind the second time they do it - and leave it at that."
