In "One Step Too Far," Cristina becomes increasingly suspicious of Owen's every move, and based on the promo below, it looks there will be a direct confrontation between Dr. Yang and her chief suspect.

Meanwhile, Derek wants Meredith to work with him again, Jackson's mom, Catherine Avery, returns to Seattle Grace and develops an interest in Richard, and Alex tries to deny that Morgan is into him.
