I would love to see the season end with Daryl meeting the leader of Randall's group.........his brother...
and yeah the conversation with Randall and Carl...you could see him working him...
Carl should have told somebody about the Zombie....POor Dale...he could get annoying but I liked him...and did anyone think of the cow....??? a cow zombie....
Before Sophia...Hershel was all "I am in charge" after the "barn incident" he is standing back and calling them what they are...."walkers"

Please, please get rid of that brat Carl. He has been nothing but trouble and arrogant. Maybe this will also change the character of this mother to be likeable. I really do not understand the writers who continue with Carl's character who time and time again exactly does as told....NOT!! How stupid can one be?

I want to choke Carl to death! That fucking brat deserves to die. He has caused nothing but trouble. Kill Carl Grimes!!

The decision of how to humanely kill Randall left out one very important option. Herschel is a veterinarian. He should have had enough drugs available to kill Randall by an overdose of horse tranquilizer.
Also, Randall proved he cannot be trusted 2 episodes back when he shot at Rick from the roof of a building when they were in town. That happened just before he jumped off the roof and impaled his leg. I realize it's fiction, but there a whole lot of major mistakes being made by the group.

I really enjoyed this episode. The second half of the season has been scores better than the first. I was happy that Andrea sided with Dale at the last moment. Not because I thought Dale was right, but because maybe this will shift Andreas character into a more likable one. Maybe she wont just stalk around camp annoying everyone now that she has lost Dale. I am interested to see how dales death affects Carl. He could have put an end to that zombie, or warned the group about it. The zombie might have also just stayed stuck if Carl hadn't been antagonizing it, and Dale would still be alive.
I am disapointed that Dale got killed off. He was a rational thinker and a calm voice between Shane, Rick, and Andrea. They are going to have to up T-dog's part, I agree, he doesn't even have a voice. Darryl is cool. If I had to rely on a survivor, I say Darryl is the man. A young boy like Carl is going to make mistakes and cause problems.. too bad he had to learn it this way, by screwing up letting that walker go, or not telling anyone. It cost a life. They are going to have to get fuel to run generators or heat for winter? Arn't they?

I question how zombies can't cross the swamp becaues they are too weak to pull thier legs out of the mud, or that one couldn't hold on to a little boy like Carl- but could split open Dale's ribcage? I like Darryl, it shows how there are things Rick could do, or Shane, yet like Darryl saw, it really bothered Rick to put Dale out of his misery. They are going to have to pool together thier talents.
I hope they do a winter episode. THe swamp is going to freeze over.. more walkers crossing. They need supplies. They need more barb wire-and why arne't they fortressing the farm.. c'mon, get into survivor mode. They did address the breakdown of society, and how all dangerous the survivors can be as well as the dead.

i knew someone was going down when that walker got loose from the mud and carl just ran away.. I teared up when it turned out to be dale. I didn't want him to go out like that.. i had a feeling dale was going to die, but after that line about not wanting to live in a world like this, i thought he was going to kill himself.. but then i realized it was dale, and dale isn't a coward, he wouldn't take that way out. I don't know if they will figure out it was carl, in fact they prob wont and fingers will just start getting pointed when darryl realizes his gun is missing. What I dont get is, don't they usually have watch?? how was no one watching out for walkers.. and they aren't usually stealth, how dale heard nothing, surprised me. Overall, i'm slightly disappointed.. i wouldve rather they killed off Tdog, he doens't even have lines in the show anymore.. what is his purpose??? but they kill dale?? sucks

Glad Dale got munched by a zombo. He was a whiny beta. I like Shane and think he should take over the group and make Hersie let them live in the house.
I agree with the above comments ref weak Rick`s wife who is patronizing and uses people.Andrea should kick her ass. They should have left the Randall. Rick`s mulling over whether to kill him was far worse.
Great fun. Very compelling.

Me and my husband both wondered why they never noticed carl gone but he dropped the gun which leads me to think that someone will find it and figure out what carl did. I was so shocked when dale died I just knew darryl would save him and I was so mad at carl especially when he realized it was the same walker from the woods he could have spared dale had he only killed it in the wOods or told someone about it. As far as randall I wish rick would have just left him on the fence post and listened to hershel and glen especially since they have taken two episodes to try to kill the kid anyway. I am excited for the last two episodes but at the same time I hate to see it end. I just hope they give darryl more of a leadership roll I mean cmon rick nor shane could man up and put dale out of his misery. Its been a good season they have lost two people so far

My husband and I love this show and never miss it. We were completely shocked at Dale's untimely death and I did not feel that Randall should be killed right off the bat. Anxious to see if Daryl's brother is in the other group and what happens next. We look forward to Sunday night!

I don't understand the whole Randall thing...Dale being killed sort of lost me. If given a choice between Dale and the kid - no contest. The little kid looks like he's turning into a demon, and the wonderful back and forth conversations/arguments betweenDale and Shane are over...and, for me? The show is too, kinda losing my enthusiasm lately and Dale leaving, not going to make it a point to watch anymore.

I was really suprised when dale was killed. i thought maybe carl was scratched or something and would turn ( he deserved it by being such an ass-hat). and hello the world is full of zombies and apparently crazy raping people why the hell is it that carls parent just let the idiot run amuck in the woods playing with guns (daryl shoud kick his butr for taking the gun). i love this show i was on the edge of my seat when the zombie grabbed carl. but why the hell not say, hey i saw zombie or something so they could go chase it down since was on the property. the kid needs a bell on his neck or something. and yes i would have killed randall but would have been the first night while on the fence. they only needed one bullet to take him out instead of the dozen or so they wasted while trying to save the idiot. love the show but some of the characters are idiots that need to be taken out.

I'd like an episode to start completely with the other group talking about what they are going to do about the evil people who killed four of their men. I'd like a fresh perspective on how they could seem like the good guys while Rick's team seems like the villains in all of this.
Rick used to have a racist and a wife-beater on his team. Just because the other group has two asshole rapists doesn't mean they're completely evil.
It sucks how Dale is dead. I am not a reader of the comics so I do not really know the suspected plot for the series. But seriously? I liked Dale very much. I wish Carl gets to his senses soon his 12 but still he needs to use his head more often. Still hate Shane though. Curious as to what will happen to Randall now that Dale's dead. Will the group change their minds about his fate?

Im guessing we know now who the actor was that wanted out of the show due to Darabonts departure. Dale was a surprise for sure, and Carl is obviously turning into something not quite like a normal kid. He is becoming a hardened, jaded person long before his years should allow. The people so quick to kill off Randall I think would not be so quick to carelessly throw away a life given the situation was real. I still think Randall is not as he appears, his talking to Carl, revealed a bit of a manipulative, creepy side. Im betting his friends will be showing up before season's end.

The world is crawling with walking dead people move on. And YES that son of Rick’s needs his butt smack….what was he thinking playing with that walker like that. I was so mad….and poor Dale had to play the price. Well all in all Rick needs to grow some and start acting like a leader because the way he has been acting I wouldn’t follow him either…but I wouldn’t follow the alternative either..Shane. He is so stuck on Rick’s wife that he is going to get all of them killed. So far this season I like the bow shooting guy and Glenn the rest not so much.

I feel the way Randall's group is acting is the way most people will be in a time like that. Safety should be the first priority above all else and Rick should have just left Randall stuck to the fence or shot him there. I don't like Shane but some of what he says is true. I don't like Rick's wife I think she is an instigator....and try to play this innocent girl when she is a slut who slept with her not so dead husband’s best-friend!!! She pits Shane and Rick against each other. The blonde chick is jealous of Rick’s wife because she likes Shane…I mean really!

They need to extract more info from Randall. Where is the camp of the 30? Where do they keep their guns? How and where do they get water/food? When/where do they go out to get supplies? Randall's knowledge of the threat is invaluable. They can prepare themselves better with intelligence of the threat. I found it surprising that no one brought this up in the meeting.

I also didn't understand when they were in the barn asking Randell if he wanted to stand or knee when executed, or if he had any last words! Really? JUST SHOOT HIM IN THE HEAD AND GET IT OVER WITH!!!! So damn annoying!

I think it's all Rick's fault, he's too soft! Even on his son. If Rick wouldn't have brought Randell back to the farm this would never have happened! He's as stupid as his son!!! Why, why, why couldn't Carl have died, then all hell would have broke loose, Rick would have gone crazy, and gone on a zombie killing spree.

On Talking Dead last night, I think he was one of the writers who was praising Carl's acting and gave the impression that the writer's thought the kid acted normally for a kid. I disagree; the writers need to do a better job! It's unrealistic that Rick/Lori would pay so little attention. As for the kid himself, what is his age 12? The writers make him out to be a pretty stupid 12 year old. He has seen zombies up close before; he knows what they will do. He saw Sophia being shot by Rick! Is he so stupid that he wouldn't tell anyone there's was a zombie so close? Also, he is not cute/precocius with that attitude! Needs discipline-obviously long overdue. Who will be the voice of reason/humanity know that Dale is gone? I'll miss thim. As for Randall,if Darryl had been town,he would've put him down as he laid there impaled on the fence. It's entertainment, not real;the story must go on! When Randall's friends show up, and they will, Merle might be leading the pack?
