Another mysterious event has befallen the Fringe universe: a week after posting series lows across almost all demographics, the Fox drama shot up last night, increasing eight percent in total viewers and 33 percent in the key area of 18-49-year olds.

Overall, 3.1 million households tuned in for "Nothing as It Seems."

  • Nikita matched its series low with a 0.4 18-49-year old rating. A third season is very much up on the air for this drama.
  • Supernatural increased a tenth of a point in that same demographic, following last week's disappointing numbers.
  • Following two weeks off, Grimm returned to 4.2 million viewers.
  • Led by Blue Bloods (10.6 million), CBS won the night in total viewership.
