anyone know the name of the actor who played one of the zombies that was on the "zombie drug"? not the guy that did the killing but the other zombie.

OK..we're winding down to the season finale, after which we get to wait until at least Sept., maybe October, to pick up the thread again.--that's 4+ MONTHS! Then, we'll have at least one full season of trying to keep nasty ol' Gates in the dark. I kind of like the previous post suggesting a detective agency ....why not? Wouldn't have to put up with Gates any more--put Espo & Ryan to work for them. There have been several notable detective "couples" over the years, one even made it to the big screen--anyone old enough to remember Nick & Nora Charles? Good epi last night--just the right amount of humor and emotion.

One of my favorite lines had to be Esposito's comment to the female zombies "I don't know about those shoes with that top, I'd have went open-toed". I would expect that more from Ryan than Esposito. Caskett's about to start up properly and it's amazing that everyone knew something had changed about the both of them. I can't wait for the season finale. I wish it was Monday already! However, I'm sad that it's already the finale. Why can't these shows be like soap operas and just go on and on and on.....:(

These tv seasons sure are getting shorter. I always miss the ending. And I really wanted to see how it ended last night because it was so strange. I love this show. I could see him and Beckett as a couple, fighting crime together, but could they work with each other if they broke up? Well, then Castle would move on to a new detective and a different book.

@Roadsinger - That could be a possibility. The preview I saw (Canadian) makes it even more possible. However, we'd miss the interaction between the other cops - gotta have some Espo/Ryan! And I think part of the fun next season IF they get together will be them trying to hide it from Iron Gates...

P.S. I've been thinking for awhile that they should start a private detective agency. Anybody else thinking along these lines?

I had some reservations about this episode. I mean, Zombies? Really? I am so glad my concerns were unfounded! Without a doubt, this was the best episode of the season! It had everything (except Lanie) = ( I don't know how they packed so much into 40+ minutes. It must have been the zombie power.

I'm so looking forward to the finale...always.

While it's frustrating to wade through this soap opera week after week, I realize this is a TV show, so I can deal. As long as they resolve this by season's end -- one way or the other -- I'll be happy.

Judging by the promo, looks like Caskett fans are finally gonna get their wish!

One of the best of the season. Kantic was at her best here, sarcastic, intelligent, quick witted (realizing the zombies had to be fake) but also vulnerable and touching. She rises to each episode and Kates progress this year has felt real and difficult. Fillion continues to bring depth to what initially seemed a shallow playboy and reminds us quietly that Castle's humor and childishness ("the killer is a zombie") are the masks he uses to cover his own feelings. Both of them have walls and I look forward to seeing how they come down.

Great entry into the pantheon of highly entertaining Castle cases! The Caskett moments were nice, but Castle's conversation with Martha and Alexis were more emotional for me -- first, Martha busting him on his passive-aggressive punishment of Beckett for "rejecting" him, and the realization that Alexis is growing more independent of him than he's ready for. Alexis may force him over that risk hump he's been avoiding with Beckett since the book signing at the beginning of the season.

I wonder if Beckett made the realization that, when Castle said that people remember life-altering events, he MUST know about her lying about remembering his declaration of love. I think she sorta copped out with the "the wall is coming down" line, when she was ready to confess all at the end of "The Limey." While it's frustrating to wade through this soap opera week after week, I realize this is a TV show, so I can deal. As long as they resolve this by season's end -- one way or the other -- I'll b

"But serious kudos to the makeup department for making me question the reality of zombies, if only for a minute."
    Courtney, Courtney, Courtney... seriously?

Great episode, funny, light, sarcastic, witty.... But no, Courtney, zombies are not real, regardless the quality of their makeup.

    FINALLY - a FUN episode with Castle's one-liners! "The killer's a zombie! (high-five)". Now THERE'S the Richard Castle I love!

It's been a long time since I've laughed at the show this much - and I loved it. I didn't even need the Caskett stuff - the crime itself was entertaining enough and really carried the show. Loved it.

That being said, the Caskett stuff was well played. Beckett's reaction when Castle hinted to Perlmutter that he was leaving was subtle but striking. And the scene at the end where Beckett admits to therapy and Castle realizes it's not as simple as it seems - also striking.

Not gonna talk about the previews, but seriously...it's gonna be hot...

This episode was incredible! I thought it was going to be a filler ep, but it sure proved me wrong. The ep was light & fun (miss that part of Castle)& the scenes between C&B were so perfect...just a few words between them and they know what the other is thinking(there are so in zinc with each other). Beckett is so close to finally bringing down the wall, but she still needs just a little push. IMO, something is going to happen that makes her realize she can't be without Castle... that she loves him! and when that happens she is going to run to him! This is going to be great to see... Beckett making the final move! I can't wait till next week... it's going to be awesome.

Since I always watch Castle as it airs, I never set my DVR to record it, so I was pretty bummed when I missed this episode. Then I was talking to a coworker of mine at Dish this morning, basically just asking her not to tell me anything about the show since I hadn’t seen it yet, and she reminded me of dishonline(dot)com. It’s a free streaming site run by Dish with this enormous selection of TV shows and movies. So I checked for Castle and sure enough, Undead Again was already there so I streamed it during my lunch break. I’m glad to see everyone liked this episode as much as I did; I thought it might have been my love for everything zombie related that made me biased.

Great fun episode to counter the sure to be dramatic and emotional season finalie. And speaking of the season finalie just watched the promo and OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, thats all il say just watch it :P

How the characters continue to hold back the pain is gotta be hard. Of coarse its on TV drama, but the fans would like to see some closure here. Its time!
Beckett could hardly hold back the tears when Castle asked her indirectly about when she was shot. She knows exactly what he was talking about. The opening scene was neat with Alexis. The best of times is the time we spend together with our loved ones. I see Zombies all the time I work in the City! I have friends in low places with big paychecks and they say we will be happy with next weeks episode. No more crumbs! Just a new beginning and another chapter from Castle and Kate.

    wow such a enjoyable episode

Best episode of the season by far. Crazy topic for the case. Castle and Ryan (who has become more and more of a Castle Jr. this season) yanking Beckett's chain. An intricate murder. Laser tag. Martha sarcasm. A dose of Caskett at the end and that promo looked amazing. That was the perfect recipe for an episode. I may have sacrificed a few valuable hours of studying for finals. But it was completely worth it. Wow that was great!

VERY satisfying episode. The whole zombie explanation didn't quite do it for me, but their explanation of crimes rarely hit the mark for me...but that's ok. It's not really a crime procedural drama, afterall.

It was great seeing Beckett having to deal with her feelings and issues in front of Castle again instead of with everyone else in the cast lol. One thing both Nathan Fillion and Stana Katic do brilliantly, is convey sincerity. And I love that they got past the wedge between them with sincerity and subtlety instead of a big, dramatic "I've always loved you!!" moment. Castle's "I think...I understand" was drop-dead perfection...he didn't need to say anything more.

I had also forgotten that Castle didn't know Beckett had been in therapy. It was as if finding out that bit of info made all the misunderstandings within him start to drop away. I also loved how they had Beckett barely able to look Castle in the eyes as she admitted that her "wall" was coming down...she looked all

First off, are you hardcore shippers happy? I am. I thought this episode was so much fun with just enough caskett to make me squeal with delight. Can't wait for next weeks epidode.
