1. Wtf is a salon? lol i feel stupid but i really didn't get what it was 2. whatever a salon is it was very symbolic of dairs relationship...boring and dull. i get it whatever they are a "real life" type couple but they are what one month into their relationship they are supposed to still be in the honeymoon stage not an old married couple. i really don't care what anyone says the writers are over playing the whole intellectual connection Crap. yes blair has always been smart but she has never been so in your face about it she was just poised and well spoken. and what is with blair not inviting her best friend to her party? i really want to like this show still and blair i promise but it's just not doing it for me. and the chuck mom reveal could have been done months ago we all have known. keeping my fingers crossed that things will get better
Can somebody tell me the name of the song at the first scene on gossip girl this past monday? Please help! Thanks xoxo

I'm not sure the point of a relationship on Gossip Girl is changing for the better. Relationships on the show are about drama and fun, that is what the show is about. And even if the show was about mature relationships where people grow, I'm not sure Dan and Blair are a great example. Just last week Dan got little girls to squeal over Queen B (not very mature, and let's not forgot when Chuck did this for her at the movie premiere a couple seasons ago--so not much changing either) and the way she behaved on this episode was totally outrageous. Her friends were clearly in some real trouble and had something going on and all she cared about was her party and her boyfriend. She is still self-absorbed, just focusing on her new thing Dan and being very intellectual. Sorry writers, but you used to make nice smart reference to interesting things, now you're just beating us over the head with Dan and Blair's intellectual interests. They obviously aren't that smart as neither appears to be atten
Isn't that the point?

Isn't that the point of Having a relationship with someone if they change you for the better? That's all I see,Blair stopped being her snobby self of the past[[to a certain extent]] and Dan now has gotten over himself and isn't as judgmental as of late.
They compliment each other well, just admit it ,even more so than their significant Ex's ever did ,truth be told in all of Gossip Girl these two have always ended up with the short end of the leash one way or another Chuck has treated Blair like Dirt many times and Serena isn't the most ideal "truelove" for Dan. Jus Sayin.
Agreed with @lovleylisa. Dan and Blair used to be so innocent and I really liked there friendship with each other but Dan has and should've always been Serena's. Blair is exactly what Serena used to be and the best part of their friendship was when they were opposites and didn't sleep with eachothers "bf's" I get the whole nate/serena/blair thing cause that was in the begining and was one of the first story lines but if Blair really loved Serena she wouldn't have been with Dan.... as for the current storyline I absolutely loved yesterdays epi except for the stupid salon thing... I just think Dianna is disgusting for sleeping with Nate knowing that he was chucks bestie! BAD MOVE!!!

I miss the old Blair too! When she was more interesting! I think it's gross because they had Blair as such a classy young lady who didnt sleep around so far shes been with Nate, Chuck (x10000000), Louis, Marcus, Carter Baizen, Dan and who ever I missed. I hate how tv shows have to make all of the characters sleep with each other they've prettty much ruined Blair's character for me. I used to like her cause she was the opposite of Serena. Now she's just the same... i love her and chuck though. Dan used to be like Blair too and now they made him like what chuck used to be... awful

What's up with Nate's lip? This has been several episodes, weeks from the supposed sports injury that it was first blamed on. Is Nate the victim of a Herpes attack? Wouldn't that be such a typical GG blast?

Here I am in bed sick watching first last nights gossip girl and then season one and wow has it changed!!! First of all I so miss the old Blair, yes everyone grows up, but she now seems like a girl that the UES would walk all over!!!
Then there is lonely boy, not so lonely anymore!!! He seems to get more than, than chuck!!!
Anyways I could point out every character and how much it doesn't seem like the OMFG GG anymore, but I'm sure you all know what I mean. I tried with dair I really did, for the sake of enjoying my show, but there do boring chair was hot!!!! But even them now I'm sure wouldn't be :(
Anyways long story short if there dine next year, season 6 not sad one bit it's actually gone on too long I think because the writers have ruined the chacters and the show. Just have a reminder by watching season 1 you will know what I mean
Q5: I'll give the party crashing an 8! Chuck and Serena dominated this party as the badasses they are... But for me it wasn't eventful enough (even with Diana's reveal)
Q6:As stated a million times above, the Diana reveal. Which is the main reason people don't believe Diana is actually Chuck's mother. Why the hell would she confide sth like that to Serena who to her is a simple aquitance.
Q7: I hope the '' Bart's alive'' SL will be the big secret. My mind just can't handle the thought that Bart might not be Chuck's father. His mother was not who he thought...and neither was his father? That will mean that he and his therapist should have to retake the whole thing from the beginning!
Q1:Chuck's '' Nate's bed is not that far'' had me ROFLing like a maniac. This whole dialogue in general was unbelievably surreal! (btw... poor Nate. He must be feeling very akward at this point)
Q2:Eh. We knew about the revelation weeks ago. And i believe it's actually true. The mother SL can't handle any more twists without becoming a complete jock...plus Diana seemed to really care for Chuck...at least in this episode.
Q3: Lola's scheming. Serena is angry and hurt so it's kind of hard for her to be subtle at this point of her life. If she could only light up a fire and watch all the UESers ''Burn, Burn, Burn'' she would die a happy person.
Q4:Rufly.I can't forget the beautiful love the GGwriters narrated in S1 and S2. They had to fight hard but when the timing was right they found their ways back to each other. They won't give up now for the shake of some Ivy Dickens!Plus, Rufly doesn't have to pretend certain people don't exist in order to maintain their hypostasis as a couple.

''Could give less than a crap about Dair. I respect that you need to experience dating different people as you grow up, but Blair and Dan turned into completely different people.''
Finally someone saying as it is! Where the hell is Blair Waldorf and who is this person looking like a cheap copy of her? If growing up means being selfish and blind about other people's problems (Serena is a mess, Chuck learning a life changing fact, Nate breaking up with his girlfriend) then I really want teenager Blair back. At least she cared for her friends and not just her reputation and princess title.
