I think if any cast members leave that Debbie Allan is recieving a series regular status contract.

Jordan Belfi? Perhaps someone like Cristina - talented, career focused guy of her age? New beginning? Somehow I see Owen and Teddy leaving the hospital, I think each of them might consider going back as field surgeons.

I can't get rid of the feeling that Grey's Anatomy is coming to kind of an end. These last episodes might be the last ones we see the current cast.
