I kind of hope it's Alex. He has this whole "I'm a pit bull who was fed glass" thing going on, and he's not even stirring up drama anymore, he's just being annoying. In fact, his story line arch this season has been pitiful, in my personal opinion. I think they ruffle our feathers leading us to think that he is unable to take his boards, thus failing, however he DOES pass (on a later date, episode: Migration. As soon as we're proud of our little Karev, BAM. Dead.

I think it will be Webber. This will open up an attending general surgeon position at Seattle Grace which will be perfect for Meredith to take. Oh, and Bailey will be given Chief, since Owen clearly hates it.

Another ending possibility not envolving a plane crash ( which most passengers would die ) (there was a plane crash last season also). What about an airport shuttle crash on the return trip to SGMW from San Fran all we know is that the docs finished there boards and someone fails. The next two episodes could episode could take place there and on the 5/17 episode could have the crash occur it is a 2 hour show the accident and death screen could happen in the beginning and could continue thru with docs having critical injuries and the more I think about it you could have Meridgh on life support till next season and Derick left with the decision to pull the plug. It also explains the hospital staff not knowing at first. I think derick and Meridgh are together with Zola at the time of the event from photos at the airport where it shows. Ola holding a pink ballon . I still think it will be Webbed

I have a feeling it's Alex, honestly. He's an original, beloved character (despite his attitude most of the time) and supposedly he didn't take his boards. There's no point in keeping him on, as he has no love interest, and Shonda isn't going to widow another character (unless she's as much of a sadist as she's proved in the past - George, anyone?). I will absolutely cry my eyes out if it's Derek, Mer, Callie or Bailey.

Its going to be richard or alex cant be mer or der because in the thing above it said they may use they dream home and not cris or owen because they have alot of making up to do, Not bailey cause she got her son so it may be alex ( He has been through lots of almost/deaths like his sis his exwife izzy and now with morgan son so alot of misses and now its going to get him) and (richard because he has made mistakes and gotten punished for it so his cycle of life is over.)

Judging by Shonda's words, I think it's safe to say none of the Original Interns will die. Like she said; that'sjust unacceptable,. After George dying, and Izzie leaving, that's just a big fat no. I think it'll be either Richard or Derek. Richard because it will just have a major impact on everyone and everything, and Derek because I still believe Patrick Dempsey won't be back for next season. I know he withdrew his statement about not returning as a regular, but I just have a feeling his character might end up dying.

Honestly, I think it will be Callie. I don't get how no one else thought about this. When Shonda Rhimes was asked about Callie or Arizona regarding the finale, she decided not to answer. So my vote is that Callie will die because I don't regard Arizona as such a "beloved" character even though I do love her a lot!

I going to guess that April is going to fail her boards. She was upset about having sex and thinking Jesus doesn't love her anymore. Plus her parents church is praying for her. So maybe if she flunks she will feel so distraught she will committ suicide later on? Then Jaxson will be turned upside down.

@canxgo you wouldn't find a satisfactory answer because your personal perspective has already skewed you to see it your way. and it comes down to perspective. everybody sees differently because of the life they've lived. what you see as bad acting, i might see as brilliance, because of a difference in the way we've lived our lives. and not one of these beautiful people haven't been maligned as ugly by some fan base. not one. sometimes their acting shines and sometimes they can't overcome the writing and sometimes they can't bring their vision across. and it a comes down to personal perspective. so stop stressing and just enjoy the show.

It really started so good and now they just try to bring up some good-looking actors (who definitely never get an Oscar or an Emmy) to keep people watching. I think it really has lost it's cause a little bit. They just don't find good storys anymore, so they need to make it up with sixpacks and lovely eyes. And yes,of course I enjoy looking at them as well,no question, but I'm always a little bit disappointed by the acting.
So please tell me, what am I missing with those? Or is it really just the looking, 'cause if it is, that would be just really pathetic. I mean losing Chandra or Sandra (for example), THAT would be really tragic, 'cause they just live their roles and the performances are almost always heartbreaking. But Jackson?? Please, tell me!
(Sry,but it always gets cut and once again: i am not attacking someone, please don't get too involved, don't take it too serious, I just wanna know!!)

And to be honest who is really ugly on that show? I can't think of any of them. So that leads me to the question, would Grey's still be on air 'cause of it's story and if these good-looking actors would be replaced by "ordinary" ones?? I really don't think so and for me that's the saddest thing about this series.

I'm not trying to make some enemies here, so please don't take it personal! But honestly, why are so many people fascinated by Jackson and Mark especially?? (Sry, but these were just the first that came into my mind, just an example!) I just don't get it. I mean they're really fun to look at, but the portrayal and the acting of these two characters are (to speak fair) definitely not the best. So what do they offer except a perfect body and a bright smile (please, don't let me forget the lovely eyes of Jesse,ach!) ??
Alright, I understand the fascination of Mark, 'cause at the beginning he had this brash, airy manner, who finally turned into a good guy. (But honestly, we actually already had/have this! Remember Alex?! From evil-spawn to mother theresa??) But I'm okay with that. But what's so special about Jackson anyway? For me he didn't really have any good story EVER. I mean, being traumatized and intimitated because of his famous family? Thanks, but we already know that from Mer! A

Kerev is seen making it to the hotel last minute but make it look like he missed the boards so hes alive in the next ep. However the big tragic event is this - alex mer cristina richard april and avery are all flying back to seattle from san fran together and the plane crashes one of them dies. I hope mer and cristina are safe. Cant do Greys without Mer and if Cristina isnt on next season i can deal but only if shes alive and at another hosp.

I hope it's not Alex - and if it can't be Meredith or Derrick because they are the main characters of the show. If it's someone I really really like, I'm done with the show. I've watched it since the beginning, and have really missed the hot sex between Mer and Der. We've seen NOTHING between them since they got 'post-it' married. I miss Izzie.
