I find it irritating that people want Zoe and Wade together. Yeah he's hot and has some southern charm, but the guy is constantly blamed for getting drunk, sleeping with a lot of woman, and being messy. He has an ex wife for a reason. George isn't perfect, but he and Zoe have more in common, and he Zoe are better friends than Wade and Zoe. Makes more sense. Wade has bad mouthed her not put her in her place. Played games with her, tried to make her jealous. They'd be cute together sure, but on paper he's not the ideal guy.

And I wanted to add that I don't think Wade screwed up at all. Zoe is a snob and single-minded at this point, and SHE was definitely the screw up this episode and deserved to be called out for it. She doesn't even KNOW George. She developed this crush on him out of nowhere, and is not resting all her hopes on it. It's just ridiculous. And her desperation and the fact that she can't see that if they got together now she'd be nothing MORE than rebound is somthing that I find hard to swallow.

This episode would have been good if it weren't for the constant George propping and the way they made Zoe look very selfish, desperate, and pathetic. She has a great guy right in front of her with so many layers and such a dynamic personality, and yet Zoe is infatuated with George, who is just not an interesting character. He's constantly propped as this mr. nice guy, yet he's stringing Zoe and Lemon along and undeservedly gets too much attention. The Zoe/Wade scenes were the best part of the episode, and they should run with a good thing when they have it. Most people I've seen want Zoe and Wade together. They have awesome chemistry and she can be herself and have fun with him. With George it's like Zoe's trying to be what he wants her to be or what's expected of her. Enough is enough. And I was cheering Wade and Lavon for putting Zoe in her place. They were right. And from the response the ep. got on Twitter, I'd say most people agree.
Lemon: Oh, this is about George Tucker. Because he broke up with Tansy and you think Zeorge is inevitable. No, you don't? Why not? He's finally single. She's...
