Nellie is terrible. If she doesn't leave soon I will no longer be watching the show, which I've loved for so long. Go away Nellie !!

I'm sorry to say this but because of Nellie, I'm starting to hate this show. I mean come on! She is not funny, she sure as hell cant replace Ed Helms no matter how bad Ed Helms character was this season. In my opinion it is a huge mistake keeping her one for such a long time and having her be the manager. Boo to Nellie, awful character choice and bad acting on behalf of the actor.

The office really has Jumped the Shark one to many times. With Michael Scott gone the writers are trying to make everyone Michael. We need some straight men/women to play off of. We need ideas like the rabies run, and the dundies awards back. I am afraid that this show is soon to be a Remember when the Office was on Thursdays.

Nellie has ruined the show. I have been watching the show since the first season and Nellie is forcing me to stop. I can't stand her.

It is time to get rid of Robert, Nellie, and keep andy but, actually bring someone to the manager position who has a personality that all people connect with but is also funny!!! Like Micheal Scott!!! Come on people cancel or get rid of the characters that are ruining the show nbc!!

I don't know who, but someone high up at the show was a Catherine Tate fan and so decided they would shoehorn her into the show even though her completely unfunny brand of "comedy" is a terrible fit. And no, it's not that her comedy is too British -- I love British comedy. Tate's just an insult to it.

Very good. I hope Andy is gone for good. Nellie is great. Little Chubby!

This episode makes me wonder...
What if they brought in Nellie knowing that everyone would hate her. Then whoever (Andy) takes the job from her will be loved just because they aren't her. Compare that with feelings people had about replacing Michael Scott at the beginning of the season.

Apart from Nelie, I can tolerate any character of The Office, these days Andy seems boring but Its ohk, it can be happen due to show’s scripting issues.

Nellie is a disaster to the office, terrible turn for the series! Yeah Andy may have not been funny as manager, but the fact that he will not stay on the show, hurts the series even more. Novak only gets better while Kelly is still immature. Wishing The Office would cast away Nellie fast, need a better manager!

Not a good episode but not terrible. I liked neither Nellie nor Andy in this episode, which leaves me very sad for the future of the show. Mostly more unfunny & implausible farce here, with a few bright spots:
- Toby admitting he's totally impotent in the HR position (during an impotence seminar no less)
- Nate's quick and hilarious slam of Ryan
- The nice and sweet Erin totally flipping out
Not much else here of merit. Please stop with the "Who's the Boss?" episodes already, it's getting pathetic. Pick a boss and start writing good episodes, or just pack it in.
As for the Nellie haters - I have a feeling you'll be getting what you wanted soon. Andy refusing to take his old position in sales leads me to believe they're planning some stupid, plodding, "Andy gets his job back" arc which will last several episodes and end with Nellie's ousting. Sadly this show is probably cooked. And the blame for that rests mostly with the writers.
