I don't really care, I just hope that the new producer will be someone that has actually seen and known every season of GG, not like Safran that in order to make a useless storyline had destroyed everything. Well, he destroyed Gossip Girl in general, but that was the most forced storyline I've ever seen...
Hoping for a wonderful final season, even though it's a shame that they realised that Safran needed to be replaced this late! There would have been a better season 5! Well, maybe this failure will actually make me appreciate more the final season... As an Italian song says: "who will live, will see"! (geez, in English it doesn't sound good at all, does it? Lol)
@Zoran, as usual, I really appreciate your love for Derena! I mean, in every comment I can feel your love for them! Keep going!

Nate is a playboy, he falls in love with a different girl in moment to another moment! Nate can not remain faithful to Serena. On the other hand, Serena was with Nate because of guilt - Nate lost his virginity to her! AND NOTHING MORE. The only and true love for Serena was and is Dan, and she always returns to him, like Chuck and Blair. Serena and Dan were together because they love each other and because they were only supposed to be together. Serena is the love of his life, and Dan is the love of her life!

Less Dan, more Nate&Serena. Dan has changed and SD are no longer attractive. Plus N has long had a more than crush on S(since the beginning of S1). Just bring back the good old NSBC. Better for Dan to find his Muse in Rome and stay there forever.

Well off course the people who originally created gossip girl ;) lol if they get the author of the books haha lol but yeah we need more of the old characters to come back even the guest stars :)And that part where Serena almost found out who Gossip girl was god damn Mann that's the cliff hanger I want for the series finale if They ever want to find her :)

In six season series should be returned to what was in season 1 and 2. Nothing more and nothing less. The names of those who can do so are not particularly important, but must meet this requirement. Of course it would be best to be the ones who started the series - Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage. But most importantly to stop the experiments and the story returns to the good old GG, I mean - Serena and Dan together and Chuck and Blair together! These two pairs are the basis of the series and the longest in the series!

Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage of course, they started the show they might as well finish it. and I agree with @I-MISS-JENNY!!! Jenny Humphrey needs to come back!! If not for the whole season then at least the series finale as well as Vanessa Abrams and Eric Van Der Woodsen. The show feels odd without them... :/

JOSH & STEPHANIE!!!! they were so good in the beginning and josh safran ruined it when he took over. tbh i'm kinda glad he's leaving. if josh & stephanie are the producers again i have no doubt the show will return to its previous awesomeness!!!

Stephanie Savage gets my vote. If she's too busy, then Jessica Pressler from the NY Mag Vulture recap would be great. She knows the show *very* well and it would be in safe hands with her.

As much as I would love it if either Schwartz or Savage (or both) stepped back in to do the final season justice, my money is on either Jake Coburn or Sara Goodman, either of whom will likely do a better job than Safran. Peace out Safran.

My vote is for me.
As long as I get full benefits and a corner office.
But barring that, I think Josh Schwartz and/or Stephanie Savage should be in charge. And if they're too busy, Sarah Goodman or Jake Coburn would probably do a decent job. It's not like anyone can be much worse than Safran, right?
