I'm just hoping that at the end of the episode we will know who died and who didn't.. In the end of season 6 we knew that, but in the end of season 5 we didn't George could have died or Izzie.. So I hope this time it will be like season 6 although it seems unlikely because 42 minutes is not that much to show us everything at the crashsite and everything that happens at the hospital.. But still, fingers crossed, because I don't want to wait a whole summer to know who dies!

I read somewhere that at least one person dies... So maybe one dies on the plane crash, but it'll die another one in seattle... I just hope that the episode has a round story, and that they dont leave us with the planecrash 'till next season... Have them rescued and back to the SGMW at the end of the episode or the funeral for the closure, i cannot handle that much stress till next season... This week has been hell for many of us fans, and im very concerned about Calzona... I just wont be able to sleep tonight again...

I hope not 1st 3 mentioned. So that leaves Arizona an maybe the Webster wife or from what i heard in beginning of yr it is suppose to be Derek he did not want to renew contract...... We will see......

I think all the surgeons will live, and the pilot will die. If one of the doctors were to die then that leaves too many loose ends.

Well that basically shattered all my hope that Lexie doesn't die. My favorite character killed off on my favorite show? I really will need a summer to recover from that!

If something happens to either mark or lexie i will be soo mad! and wtf! derek is a bad ass,seriously?!?!?!?! i cant wait to watch the rest, and stop hating on april, in every show there is an april, the character set to piss audiences off! give her a break,and god forbits jackson dies.

I agree Lourdi that it is probably Adele. For one, Loretta Devine is on another show. Two, remember when she first appeared on the show? Everyone had high praise for her, and whenever she has a medical emergency she is treated like a God at Seattle Grace. Three, it would cause Webber an enourmous amount of grief, thus affecting everyone around him.
I don't think it will be Kepner, I think there will be some event tomorrow night that will show Hunt the value of Kepner, thus changing his mind and offering Kepner so sort of position at the hospital, Lexie is really the only resident left, so I doubt she will die since she is the fore runner for Chief Resident, especially since Kepner failed her boards. I doubt Hunt will give Kepner Chief Resident after that. No where does it say that the program they are in can't be extended (say a year) for residents in that case.

What about Zola dying from the stomach flu? After all they went through to stay with her THAT would be shocking and heartbreaking!

I kinda took some time and thought about this: There were six people on the plane, Meredith, Christina, Derek, Lexie, Arizona and Mark. The first three live, as the actor/ess signed deals for a new season. Then we are left with Mark, Lexie and Arizona. I don't think its Mark, based on the preview after last weeks episode, but I could be wrong. That leaves us with Lexie and Arizona. My money is on Arizona. Her death would not only affect more people, but be (sadly) perfect timing. Not only is Nick dying, but she has been thinking about Tim (her brother) a lot lately, so this would give her a chance to 'see him again'.

That was some crazy ass sh**!!!!!!!!!! I'm freaking out and I cannot wait to finish with my dinner party tomorrow to come home and watch this and Scandal!!! Freaking out!!! Why would they release this!?!? It's too much if the rest of the episode gets worse!!! Ahhh! So freaking out! Greys is one crazy ass show!!! I know I'm not the only one freaking out!!!!

Adele; She no longer remembers Richard and she has moved on with a new man. There is no longer a role for her to play in Richard's life. This character is very much loved. If Adele dies Richard can move forward with Jesse's mom. I don't think it will be anyone who was on the plane.

All Kepner does is cause commotion. When the merger happened she was fired because she forgot to check a burnt patient's throat, which resulted in death and a meeting between all the residents and attendings to see who's patient it was. Not only that, but if you think about it she's pretty much the reason Derek got shot at the end of season 6. She just needs to be written off already -_-

Actually when you think about it, Mark's death would have a huge impact on people : Lexie and Derek (so on Meredith too), on Callie, Arizona and their daughter, on Jackson, etc.

Kroner will not die, nor will she commit suicide no less.
April threw a fit over having premarital sex. She thinks Jesus hates her. Do you really think she'd risk killing herself and have Jesus "hate" her even more? Highly unlikely. April may be very emotional right now, but killing herself would just be jumping the gun.

Derek won't die becuase they confirmed last week all six main (original) cast members had signed on for two more seasons. It's probably Kempner.

Kepner commits murder, not suicide! She has had a dark shadow lurking over her, since she first were introduced to the series. My bet is she will kill Karev due to the fact that his payraise led to her dismissal. Just wait and see, I know this is the way its gonna play out!
I think it will be Mark...he is leaning forward so much, he seems injured but his eagerness to find lexie is over him and I think he is the one whose system will shut down.....
Some one go save Arizona....Callie and Hunt should come rescue them with a plane or something
