I wouldn't give it a five, but I must admit when they even said "the time when Barney tried to pick up girls as the terminator" I cracked up. Then to see him next to the garbage was one of the shows greatest moment. Also liked how they named the baby Marvin.

The "door story" seemed to most closely reference Close Encounters of the Third Kind, if you ask me, particularly the sequence when he enters the mothership.

me and ALOT of people hate that robin is the bride. i mean come on why robin? i thought producer said that barney and robin relationship pretty much with?

Part 1 definitely delivered the laughs. I was too thinking there was a hidden meaning to the "Door story" I kept thinking that maybe it was a foreshadow either Barney's wedding or something to do with the Mother. But if there was some kind of meaning to it I hope we get to see it early within the next season. Love the name Marvin Waitforit Eriksen simply legendary. Also knowing it wouldn't happen when Ted told Robin he (for the millionth)loved her it was still sweet and very much something Ted will always feel for Robin no matter what, even though they are friends and always will be it was still nice to hear again.
