Awake was the only show on NBC that we looked forward to every week. It was unique, challenging and entertaining. Oh-was that the reason for cancelling? That and it wasn't as cheap as most of the "crap"that's on! Would like to think you might reconsider. Awake will be good for the "long" haul!

I cannot believe you cancelled "Harry's Law"..the only show on your network besides "SMASH" that I watch. Not a good decision!!

Bad decision on Smash and Awake!!!! Delay or cancel good shows and keep the staged and very boring reality shows, people are tired of them. How about keep some real entertainment NBC. At least you kept Parenthood!!!

Why put Smash as midseason again? It's the best show on this network at the moment. Why not give it the full 22 episodes it deserves? Makes absolutely no sense to me.

Wow! Can't believe AWAKE got canceled. Such a good story, well-acted, and the underlying mystery that ran throughout each episode made this a winner for sure. I would like to know the real reason it was cancelled. I also enjoyed HARRY'S LAW. The cast was so enjoyable, and the cases were always so fun and outrageous. I also enjoy COMMUNITY. It's definitely not for everyone, but I enjoy the quirky characters and goofy situations. It's just plain fun.

Agree with alot of the comments. Only watch NBC for SMASH which has drawn me in more and more with its good acting and music/storyline. Can't believe the stupidity of most of the shows and the emphasis on shows for teens and the easily distracted viewer. Even when TV is not a wasteland, programmers would like to create one, it seems. Keep SMASH!

Thank you NBC for going the cheap route again. Cancel quality and keep crap. This is one reason why CBS and ABC who you used to beat in ratings, now beats you consistently. Harry's Law was moved around so much, my head spun. You guys have gone soft, quick buck from cheap productions, instead of investing in quality, and staying for the long haul.

Well, it looks like Parenthood is the only decent show left on NBC. I will watch Grimm after Fringe ends. (Stupid Fox cancelled it ..only 13 episodes next year). But I think Awake was a fascinating show and Smash was interesting, but since it was on against Castle, I only saw a few of them. If the networks would learn to put their new shows on opposite the competitors weak shows, you would get more viewers. Duh!!!!

Oh, come on.. you're getting rid of Awake and Smash. You guys have no Imagination. Are you a bunch of ninnies? No wonder the cable cable channels are killing you.
Come on, rethink this. At least these had a storyline and kept you hooked from week to week. The others can barely keep your attention from paragraph to paragraph. I bet the actors on those shows don't even know what a paragraph is.....

Smash delayed; has everyone lost their minds. This is a great show that is only that way because of the talent and writing. Only people who want to follow any show for a story line would get this. SOOOOOOO stop the delay and get to work. PLEASE in Virgina

WOW - Once again...NBC screws the fans over. Harry's Law was the best show!!!!!!!!! You kept switching the days - always a bad idea because you lose faithful viewers - and then you did not allow Hulu or NBC.com to have it available to watch online 2nd season so you lost a lot of viewers. No way to catch up and keep up with the show if you missed one. Smash is a great show and I hope you are not canceling it. Really mad I have to wait now. Not what you said first so now you let me down even more. You will barely have me 2 nights a week now. The Voice and Parenthood will be it for me now. Not sure what it is with all the sitcoms. Sick of them! And Fashion Star...really? Not sure what you are thinking there. Guess I am thankful I have cable. At least Bravo usually gets it right.

I don't know why everyone hates on Whitney. That is my favorite new comedy. She is on fire with that and 2 Broke Girls, but Whitney shows more growth each week and has an awesome cast. It gets better and better with every episode. The character chemistry on the show is outstanding. And I'm glad NBC realizes that. Hopefully it does well on Fridays!

Either way Smash Fans you are screwed because you have the showrunner who is Satan all prepare to eff up your show to unrecognizable proportions. You probably be scratching your head as to why they let it return with stuff he'll give you. Good Luck, Smash fans.

I love Smash and can't believe they are pushing it back. They need to promote it more towards an older audience than teenie boppers, and stop with all the pop songs in the middle of the show. Just go full broadway with it and then it might do better.

Harry's Law was an excellent show. One of the big problems was moving it around. Learn to leave things alone. You know the old adage "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". As for the comedies: They all sucked!! I'm tired of comedies assuming I have no brain and will laugh at any insulting absurdity.
