I have to say I was disappointed that lexie was killed off the show... she was one of the best actresses besides yang and grey. I didn't want to see any of them go.. last episode of season 8 was the worst episode made yet. Can't can't can't wait till next saeason still a hhhhuugggeee fan of the show by far the best show out there

this show is as dead as the character lexi grey. the casting crew, the writers, the directors, shonda, it as good as done. so sad. top rated to nothing.

They killed off Lexie cause the actress opted not to return
So I can understand why they chose to have her die. I think it will make a great story line for next year as people deal with her death

Really hurt that Shonda keeps doing this to the fans of the show. Stop killing off the good people! Get rid of Arizona or Hunt or that stupid girl that flunked her boards. I am so pissed.

I can't believe they killed off Lexie! She was definitely one of my favorite characters and I'd hoped she and Mark would get back together. It was a poor choice, killing off Arizona (though I like her) would've made for a better story later with Callie coping and Mark and Lexie reuniting.

I'M disappointed that Lexi died, I would much have rather seen April, Hunt or Arizona die, they are so annoying. I love the rest of the cast. Also I've heard that Katherine Heigl has stated she'd like to come back as Izzie Stevens and I'm hoping the writer will bring her back, she was one of my favorites!

Not happy at all that Lexie was killed off. That was a major part of the show that I enjoyed between Mark and Lexie.

THEY KILLED LEXIE OFF!!! I am BEYOND angry that Shonda Rhimes would concot such a plot involving her death. And Mark is totally gone. Emotionally, that is.

I don't care who goes and who stays as long as mark,lexie callie and arizona return i love mark and lexie they have such great chemistry and u can tell how much they still love each other even when there broke up and dating other people MEXIE OR SLEXIE if u prefer 4 FUCKING EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

mi question is how Shonda is going to make the new season work if Meredith and Derek are going to Boston and Christina is going to MAyo and Karev is leaving too and most of the surgeons are leaving Seattle grace
@Belle did you watch the show? They were on their way to do a surgical procedure on conjoin twins.Most hospital do have their doctors travel together if there is an emergency case.

it´s not Derek. Dempsey confirmed on his twitter that he´s on the show for two more years. That said, Derek can be seen in the promo hitting with a cellphone right after yelling "help!" in direct answer to Mer calling out for him. He´s not dead, nor in a coma (yet). There is also a shot in the newest clip showing him how he´s reaching for somebody or trying to hault himself up. He looks in pain but not dead!

I still don't get why they all got on the same plane, in that combination!
Anyway I'm going to put money on either Lexie or Arizona dying. Honestly Lexie has had a dead role for the whole season-almost really just on the sidelines muddlng about feelings w Mark. Arizona is pregnant in real life, and gives plenty of opportunity for Karev to stay in Seattle. Derek might be comatose so they can slow his character down in time for when he wants to quit the show, instead of kill him off. So Mark becomes full parent with Callie, and if Lexie survives, they obviously get together n he gets the life he wants.

really?! how did all of them residents and drs wind up in one plane anyway? there is no logic in that. in any emergency they would not travel together or in such a large group, let alone when all of them are headed to different hospitals for their offers. i don't get this part where they are all in one plane heading towards death. No sense. A bit lame of an ending.
Meredith: Get this baby out of me safely and you can have whatever you want.
