My cut and paste job didn't work so well the first time, so here goes again. Please, ignore my first entry.............The fact that Daniel has chosen to bury the truth that would exonerate Emily's father proves that he is not the man for her. He is going against everything she is fighting for, which is the show's whole premise - revenge for what his family, the Grayson's, did to her father. And to say there is no chemistry between Jack and Emily- seriously, what show are you watching? Besides Nolan and Declan, Jack and Emily are the only others not willing to sell their souls for self-preservation. This, alone, makes them perfect for each other, but in addition, the chemistry between the two of them when they kissed the night Sammy died, ensures the bond between them. Emily has programmed herself to carry out her mission of revenge at all costs, though, in that moment, she risks everything she's accomplished for Jack. No one and nothing else has come close to getting her to lose focus

charlottes a great actor though, would be a mistake to kill her off- she brings a diffrent element to the show and i would love to see her and emily sister story line progress

There is no way victoria is dead..but Charlotte is..they to have some loss in the finale to keep viewers interested.. But if Daniel ever goes, I go too.. I love him and I'm mad that Emily broke his heart

Just catching up and have loved reading everyone's reviews. I also have to say I like Jack and Emily, and as the reviewer said, you could definitely feel the kick to the stomach for poor Em. Jack also noticed her clear reactions and looked just as unsure about what was now happening. Emily lets her guard down a little more around Jack too. I mean clearly - not many of us would fit (or want to fit) into the Grayson family dynamic :S
Apart from Faux Amanda and her (please, please) fake baby - Charlotte's overdose had me rolling my eyes. Her storylines feel a bit done and done and done. I wouldn't be too sad if her character didn't return. Also, I think we all know Victoria will live another day... that woman was ejected out of that plane and into some soft sand landing with her seat upright.

Oh I believe the chemistry between Jack and Emily has been there from the beginning, but once she was on her Revenge Track, all her emotions were locked up in a box- but ever now then during different shows you could sense her wanting to tell him the truth, but was afraid she would lose focus. She may get her Revenge, but lose the people she loves along the way. So glad she is appreciating Nolan- he is a true friend,probably her only one; Amanda is just playing them all, especially Emily- Just maybe Nolan will influence Jack to have Amanda have a paternity test-The show couldn't continue without "Queen Victoria" Yes the breakup between Emily and Daniel- too smooth?? Maybe there is a new revenge Emily vs. Amanda! Maybe Jack needs to distant himself emotionally from Amanda and ask more questions!

Dantes sails off without Mercedes,but WITH Haydee...who forced him to accept her love for him.(Fernand,entrusted to take care of her,had sold Haydee into slavery,and Dantes rescued her and used that past to bring Fernand down).
So basically Emily and Nolan ride off to sunset :P

Awesome season finale! This is argueably one of d best shows I've seen in a while. Can't wait to start season2. Jst as emily is about to end her revenge ride, it'll all begin afresh again next season with new facts emerging. My expectations are simple; victoria is not dead, emily's mum is a fighter, daniel upgrades his newfound evil status to dat of his father, nolan might hav feelings for emily. Can't wait to see next season.a

Edmond Dantes sails off with Haydee at the end of "The Count of Monte Cristo",his revenge issues behind him,and sure as shooting the series finale of Revenge will be our heroine sailing off to Haiti with Jack,her revenge issue behind her.
The thing is, Dantes sails off ALONE. He got his revenge but he lost his love in progress of that.
Betting that the end of the show will be Amanda sailing off, but Jack will be either dead or has left her by then.

Awesome finale, is it just me or did anyone else notice the white haired man place down a little clock in conrads office just before he picked up the picture frame and winked?
What is his fascination with clocks?
Victoria isnt dead, she knew they were going to do something to the plane so she made them believe she boarded it.
I believe conrads dad is involved somehow and the white haired man works for a higher group of terrorists.
the wedding i think is between jack and fake amanda but will be stopped because of a certain event
As for the mom, she either is involved with bringing down David Clarke or believed emily was dead, so she didnt look for her.
Takeda is huge in season 2 i think, he knew about emilys mom being alive, he let fake amanda go to distract jack and keep emily on track and he knows information about Americon Initiative.
Big season coming up, cannot wait!!

I think Victoria will be shown to exit from the plane, as she forgot something in the limo, and will survive.
Seriously guys, she was warned by Conrad. She knew exactly what she was going into. Didn't you all notice the way she looked up the plane before she set foot on the steps? She clearly isn't dead, but it's not because she forgot something in the car. There's going to be a twist which I doubt we all can predict.
Anyway I really, really enjoyed the finale. It was truly great and I'm looking forward to season 2 with all the mysteries concerning the conspiracy and Em's mum unraveling.
I agree, the break-up seemed too easy. Emily doesn't do anything with an agenda. Yes, she might be in love with Jack (even though I don't feel any chemistry between them either) but that didn't keep her from following through with her plans and getting engaged to daniel. I also do not think that she did it because she was already sure she had gotten her revenge, that's too un-emily-li

I've rewatched the episode, and I've clearly seen the white haired man looking at the picture and WINKING to Emily/Amanda, certainly knowing she was watching him through the picture's camera in Conrad's office.
He deliberately chose not to betray her secret, and not revealing Conrad that his son's ex fiancée is Amanda Clarke, so probably WHM is not the "devil" we thought he was. Can't wait till September!

@Louis E., One of the few times I agree (and I know I am enabling Bored Now) is that this show is called 'Revenge' not 'Songs of Praise' or 'Star Crossed Lovers' or 'Passions on Fire,'
Yes, I get that the actors who play Daniel and Emily are hot. They are dating in real life. The chemistry of Jack/Emily is forced and exists only due to exposition. But IDGF about shipping on the show.

Excellent finale -- loved the music when the climax at the end was going down. Conrad and Victoria - I enjoy this couple so I hope Victoria is not dead; Conrad loves her but her heart remains with David Clarke. Emily and Nolan - BFFs forever. Fake Amanda -- why does she have to spoil everything? Charlotte -- yep, predictable.
Daniel -- his breakup with Emily seems easy, but it's not. Not every guy makes a scene or discusses things when he's basically being dumped. He's showing his hurt in other ways, like hooking up with Ashley and he might be in danger of becoming an alcoholic (he drinks a lot when he and Emily have problems). I think we will see the true effect of the breakup on him in the next season.
Also, when he finds out that his father was behind the explosion that took down the plane that his mom was on, it will be interesting to see his reaction then. Kudos to the writers/production team for an awesome season.
