On September 30, Dexter Season 7 will pick up right where Dexter Season 6 left off. What choice does the Showtime drama have, considering the final scene viewers witnessed in December:

Look for the new season to tackle this topic straight on, with the latest Dexter trailer featuring the show's title character narrating: “Everything in my life has brought me to this point. It’s what I am, it’s all I am. I can accept that... but can she?”
