I hope mark dies, I love him. But it'd be a nice thing. Lexi just told him how she felt. And then that all happens. I think it be a good way to end the whole lexi and mark thing. They died. Cause what is he gunna do now?how Idkkk. I just love this show but my favorite person is gone now. So im just waiting for this show to end already.

Hate to see any of the cast "die" as they could return in a guest spot role sometime. It may be very dramatic, but if too many of the main characters are eliminated permanently because they "died", it will change the show a lot. On the other hand, maybe it will "freshen it up" as there will be new characters and new issues to work with and not the same stories that have been going on for several seasons.

My opinion is to keep Mark alive because for one thing just because lexie and mark are meant to be together doesn't mean they have to be together right now. I want to see mark open up because what do we even know about mark. I want to learn more about this past.

I am saddened by Lexie, one of the Greys dying. I am an avid fan of GA and I don't want it to end up the way it happened to ER. After ER Season 6 or 7, it was no longer worth watching considering at that time there was no other series of the same genre. GA can hold its own the other series of the same theme. GA, in fact, even got better and better during their season finale. I even want to watch them again and again that the stories are in my head already. I just hope I don't get disappointed in the coming season 9 & 10. So far, high five to Ms. SR and the writers. The executive producers are always the party poopers and I hope and Ms SR and the writers continue to stand up to the cost cutters. Please, I beg you, don't let any of the characters in the crash die, unless it's want him/her want. Definitely, if anyone from Mer/Der, Yang, Karev and Bailey is cut from the program, it is no longer GA

Let Mark die. What a waste of screen time anytime he's on it. He's got nothing to live for anyway (he said it). Besides, if he dies then Callie, Arizona, and Sofia can finally have a normal life. They deserve it after putting up with that trash for so long.

Don't want Mark to peg out,but I could very easily not miss Christina,I know it's not likely that the character will be written out,but could she at least have a personality transplant.Over and over again we hear what SHE wants and what SHE needs and to hell with anybody else.She's all me,me,me!

Mark might die, too? Why not Shepard, or would that be too large of a casting loss for the 'Grey' in Grey's Anatomy. Don't get me wrong if Eric Dane wants to leave then by all means allow him to move on with his career, personal life, whatever. Having him die would be STUPID. Just like George dying and just like Lexi dying. Both of these people decided to leave the show for their own reasons but dying is rather extreme. Preston Burke didn't die even after the big controversy surrounding why he was outed. Burke and his latest accomplishments still get mentioned on a fairly regular basis. Then there was Izzie. She's dying, no wait she's not, no wait she is, no wait she's gone nuts and just left. Ok so there is a window of possibility that these last two could make a future appearance at Seattle Grace but George and Lexi oh they're dead. Watching season nine already looks sketchy. If someone else dies I'm done.

Lexie's last words were an echo of Mark telling her they were "meant to be," so perhaps they are meant to be together in death? That would work as a plotline. On the other hand, if Arizona dies, it could be the reason Karev doesn't go to Johns Hopkins-- there is a vacuum in pediatrics. (Or he could stay because she is injured and there is that same vacuum). Either way it works out. Either way, the pilot's a goner. And Owen's gonna have a lot to answer for, not checking his voice mail because it's "not a matter of life an death."

The chances of Arizona actually dying are pretty slim. Think about it, if JCap really wanted to leave Arizona would have died in the season finale. If there's going to be someone who dies they are not going to be in the 9th season at all because of the legalities of there contracts if they were optioned out and none of Arizona's people were at the crash site to say good-bye. Shonda ALWAYS has the loved one right there if a main character dies. Add to that there's a new writer on staff at Grey's that has written about gay parenting and has been tweeting JCap about how happy he is that he's going to be able to work with her. Which again says to me that she's not dying. Now Mark on the other hand has about a 50 percent chance of coming out alive because he does have his people around him. And he is the only one of the plane crash victims that is emotionally and physically damaged. Mark doesn't seem to have anything to live for, including his child apparently (his words, not mine). Arizona will be the one to die. The actress just had a baby in January and is expecting another baby. Her third. I think she will to spend time with her family also. The actress who plays April just had a baby in the past year also. I think she might leave also.

You know what? I think that if someone dies in the upcoming premiere it will not be Marl, but sadly, Arizona. That would force Mark to step up and be a parent and try to get over Lexie's death alongside Callie and their baby. Character development (?)

Who cares how many fans it has left? What fans it will have will be the dedicated ones who actually care. If someone stops watching the show because of a few deaths then they arnt really fans. Personally I don't want to watch Mark suffer through the rest of his life because Lexie is dead. It would be the same pain we've seen Mer Cristina And Callie go through too many times. I'm sad to see Chyler go, but I didn't stop watching when George died and Izzie left so this certainly isn't going to stop me now.

Mark still have a lot of storylines ! Remember when Izzi left? Everybody was like : what is Karev without her? NO Karev did great without Izzi and he is one of the most amazing character on the show. LET MARK LIVE!

Just let him die. He's either going to die before the season premiere or season 9 is going to be his slow descent of him leaving by season's end. And then there are people that say "well he's a dad" but he didn't even consider that when he was trying to die in Arizona's lap. He said it himself, "you don't need me". So again, just let him die.
