Body of Proof Season 3 Scoop: Mark Valley as Blast from Megan's Past?

Body of Proof will return in early 2013 for Season 3, but the folks surrounding Dana Delany's Megan Hunt won't be very familiar to long-time viewers.
Last month, the ABC drama revealed a major cast shakeup, with John Carroll Lynch, Nicholas Bishop and Sonja Sohn all departing and producers announcing plans to restock the series with new characters.
Enter Mark Valley.
The former Human Target and Harry's Law star is nearing a deal to become a Body of Proof series regular, according to TV Line. He will likely come on board as Detective Tommy Sullivan, a former love interest for Megan who transfers to Philadelphia and aims to win her back.
Look for flirting and case-solving to ensue between the pair as a result.
