Moderated by one of its main cast members, Tim Omundson, the Psych panel discussion at Comic-Con this afternoon got off to a typically Psych-otic start: with chugging of pineapple juice.
From there, James Roday, Dule Hill and all our favorites dished on the show's upcoming 100th episode, along with teasing the very strong possibilities of an eighth season. We'll drink to that!
A special preview gave us a look at the 100th episode, which - as outlined in our TV Fanatic set visit - will be based on the game show/movie Clue and feature guest stars such as Christopher Lloyd.
So long, Henry? Corbin Bernsen's character will get gunned down... for good? “I don’t know if I have a job," the actor told a concerned crowd.
A young fan actually called out executive producer Jeff Wachtel by name and asked about the future of Psych. Will there be a Season 8? “We sure hope so," he said. "The guys deserve it."
A two-hour musical episode will shoot in October.
And, finally, oh yes: Psych’s Guide to Crime Fighting For the Totally Unqualified will hit bookstores on February 19, 2013.
NOTE: Return to TV Fanatic tomorrow for our red carpet video interviews with every member of the Psych cast!
