All I can say is that with how this is going I'm hoping even more that in the next round Jensen wins over Paul - otherwise it's just going to turn into another Delena vs Stelena debate that will have nothing to do with who is the better actor. Vote Leighton! Sure Gossip Girl as a series is not as good as it once was, but remember such moments as Blair holding a disciplinary hearing because leggings aren't pants? Nobody could have pulled off her character as well as Leighton has over the years. I like Ian too, but nothing beats classic Blair :)
I would definitely pick Ian more than Leighton even if I've met her in recent shows but I can't wait for season 4. =]

How absurd to think that Ian does not work well, he is undoubtedly the best!
Besides being a great actor he is a special person who cares about the world.

I love Leighton but don't love Gossip Girl.. it bores me and after season 1, it just went down hill
however I love Ian and I love TVD aswell - it just gets better and better!

Watched GG till season 2 then turned into a complete trein wreck!

Are you dumb? Or just bitter? Leighton and Ian are both amazing actors on television right now (and Leighton in her many movie roles). Do you really think someone who gets tons of roles in the movie industry isn't a great actress in something that boosted her career, like Gossip Girl, being well known for her portrayal of Blair? She plays Blair Waldorf perfectly. Ian's amazing as well. Leighton the most overrated actress on television? Psh, funniest thing ever! She's "underrated" compared to some television actresses out there. You clearly don't have any idea what you're talking about.

Leighton is possibly the most overrated actress on television. Sure, she has some talent but she's not as special as many people make her out to be. I believe most of the time she is quite average with a couple of great moments.
Ian ranges from average to good, but the writing staff is what makes his character great on The Vampire Diaries. I voted for him based solely on the fact that he is able to make Damon more likeable than Leighton is able to make Blair likeable which she was very good at in the second season of Gossip Girl. By the way, I've never seen the attraction most people seem to have to Ian? I personally have never seen the appeal.
