American Horror Story Asylum Teases: Who's The New Rubber Man?
This much we know about American Horror Story Season 2:
- It will be titled American Horror Story: Asylum.
- It will be set in the 1960s at a mental asylum run by the Catholic Church.
- Jessica Lange will portray the lead of the series once again, a nun in charge of an eccentric group of patients.
But Ryan Murphy took to Twitter this week and delivered a handful of new teases, starting with what the creator has dubbed "this year's Rubber Man." Say hello to Bloody Face, fans!
He/It was teased earlier this summer when Adam Levine posted the following photo online:

Among other tidbits provided by Murphy:
Those who missed American Horror Story Season 1 needn't worry. "It's a completely new story," he wrote, adding that "except some of the actors," there's "not a single thing" similar between the storylines.
Will Lange portray a villain or heroine, a fan asked Murphy. A little of both, he replied.
The second episode of the season will be Halloween-themed. With October 31 falling in a Wednesday, it's safe to assume the new season will premiere on October 24.
There will be a new opening title sequence.
Season 2 will be comprised of 13 episodes, seven of which are already written.

@Jarrod Mitchell
Agreed, but I will allow myself to have hope for AHS: Asylum where my hope for Glee died during the 2nd season.
Bloody Face and the Rubber Man. Wonder what will come after them...
