The NCIS: Los Angeles Season 4 premiere finds Hetty in an unfamiliar position:

Retirement.

With Linda Hunt's character retired and getting ready to enjoy a much-deserved break on the high seas, the question is what brings her back into the fold. Hey, it's not easy keeping a woman like her quiet.

Here's the first photo from Season 4, premiering September 25 after NCIS:

According to TV Guide, the fourth episode of the season will introduce a female congressional candidate who's considered a voice of the people ... and who clashes with the LA shot-caller.

"We'll get to see what Henrietta thinks of politicians, and it's not nice," says executive producer Shane Brennan, who also promises big stories planned for agents Sam Hanna and G. Callen.

"We will be casting someone who will get us closer to Callen finding out what the 'G' stands for."

First order of business? Getting G. off the hook for the shocking events of the Season 3 finale.
