This sucks. There were the best couple. And million of fans are pissed, so i can't see why would they ruin the show like this and loose fans, because it's obviously thaht they are really mad. But i read that they are casting for Andrew role, he is Spencers love intrest in book, so I'm am affried that Spoby really is almost over and that the producers are slowly making a new love story for Spencer. :(

I was totally shocked that Toby is on the A team but the more ive thought about it the more i like the twist it makes sense that at least some of the people have to be close to them and it wouldnt have been any sort of betrayal if they werent I'm pleased that he's not working undercover for the girls cus that would have been a huge cop out after all of the build up.
I would love one of the girls to be on the A team as it makes the whole thing more inetersting than if it was people like Jenna of Garret and after this episode i wont be trusting anybody. First Hanna's best friend and now Spencer's boyfriend anybody could be on the A team and i personally think thats more interesting to watch

I just need to ask, why do you guys watch the show? For the A mystery or for the couples, because if you're only watching it for romance than there are plenty of other shows to fill your needs.
First you were mad because the Mona reveal was too predictable(so the reveal should be shocking and not a suspect) than youre mad because it is shocking(god forbid it someone the girls date). Whose left on your list?
Its funny how so many of you were willing to throw paige under the bus and now that the tables have turned theres so much commotion. Obviously the Toby reveal won't make that much sense yet, its not supposed to, that's why you need to keep watching. Besides this season and the previous they dropped little hints all the time, just rewatch, unless you watch the show for romance.

Thank god. I would have been really mad if Toby was just working with the A Team to get answers for Spencer. The Toby thing was the first time I've been legitimately shocked by a reveal on the show in a while. It's been too long, PLL.

He must have felt like he has no choice but to remain part of the evildoer's crowd. I do still believe in Spoby, and in the idea that he has perhaps been continuously behind setting traps for the Liars, but that he sincerely loves Spencer and will try to destroy Team A from within. The idea that Toby would be such a betrAyer is frankly absurd. I am tired of writers ruining the show for the fans for the pure element of surprise. Then again...I'm just thinking how before Toby became involved with Spencer, and even before he began to be friendly towards Emily, and even before Arya came back and the Liars were reunited as friends, he had had a reason to be upset with the girls and was in a vulnerable enough "bad boy" phase to want to seek revenge. Besides, if we are speculating, after the books, that Alison had a twin sister - the Supreme Devious Creature - and knowing that she used to be able to manipulate Toby into getting HER way, then the evil twin must have had enough persuasive powers to recruit him for the A Team. Only, as Toby began to carry out the evil works, he must have realized he wasn't feeling vengeful and spiteful towards the four girls anymore, seeing their sincere sides and knowing they are tortured and taunted as he had been in the past. Why would Mar expose Toby's intentions? She had to know how it would appear to the viewers if they continued with that storyline especially when he returns after telling Spencer he's going to find out the truth on his own. It doesn't make sense why they would want us to think that and then say no he has no good intentions...

You can't deny it was a SMART MOVE. It's obvious SPOBY is the FAVOURITE COUPLE of the show, so they use them for the BIGGEST SHOCK!! .... They will get highest ratings with that move, and they know it! ;)

I think she's lying. Unless she has created a character who is psychotic enough to throw himself off of scaffolding and sever his own brake lines, she has to be lying.
Buuut if she's not, Spencer had better be on the A team too, or she will have A LOT of angry Spoby fans. And she will more than likely lose ratings.
