Ron Howard to Appear on New Season of Arrested Development

John Slattery will guest star on Arrested Development Season 4. That news is hard to top

But this casting scoop comes close: Ron Howard, who has narrated the beloved sitcom since its premiere, will step in front of the camera on at least one occasion next year.

"I'm showing up again at some point," Howard told CNN. "I'm going to have to film that soon, which will be kind of fun. Usually I'm a little too busy, but, with Mitch and Arrested Development, it’s irresistible."

That's how we feel about watching Arrested Development.

The new season, which will be available on Netflix in 2013, has already commence filming. Aside from Howard and Slattery, Anders Holm and Adam DeVin from Workaholics have been spotted on set.
