It took many years, many letters and many frozen bananas, but Arrested Development really is coming back to television.

We can now confirm that filming on the revived sitcom - whose fourth season will be released on Netflix some time in 2013 - gets underway next week.

In fact, Ron Howard has confirmed the premiere episode will be titled "Michael" and it will catch fans up on the man in charge of this wacky family, while Jason Bateman has Tweeted the following photo of his "son" on set:

"Very very funny. Lots of lines for the narrator too!" Howard wrote of the opening installment.
