Jx I agree about the voting thing. Harvey was the deciding vote before...so I would assume he'd be it again and obviously we know where his vote lies. Unless somehow he's excluded and hardman convinces someone to flip. I supose we'll have to wait to see that.

That was a truly incredible episode! I absolutely loved how intense it was! I thought macht s wife did a great job.
I'm not a shipper for this show but sometimes I feel like I'm the only one who sees just as much ambiguous chemistry between Jessica and Harvey as there is between Harvey and Donna. Almost like the way donna feels about Harvey is almost similar to how he feels about Jessica...just like Jessica is as protective of Harvey as he is of Mike. Love the complex relationships so much. Anyways...I love donna to pieces and I was so glad to see her again. I still think she shouldn't have been as angry with him as she was. I really felt foe her on the stand but I felt semantics came into play there. Lois asked if she loved Harvey...not IN love with him. Loophole.I knew hardman was going to do that. Talk about backfire. Loved when he punched Tanner though. You never mess with targets people and I love how they showed how protective he is of everyone throughout the episode.

I don't know I like it when Zoe and Harvey do their little dance.
Harvey isn't his super smooth self because in her he has met his match and she means something to him.

This was indeed a superb episode.
I too felt that the document which is what this is all about was indeed planted.
Hardman however is in for a rude awakening. In his haste to reassert himself he overplayed his hand. I don't doubt that this was always his intention at the tail end of Harvey's suit but he should have recognized that Harvey won in more ways than one at the end of this mock-trail that Hardman had set in motion.
In fact I would even dare say that the show of hands to settle or go to trail in which Harvey was the deciding vote shows which managing partner has which partner on his or her side. Thus a preview of which way they will vote when the time comes.

I felt sooo bad for Donna. I thought it made her seem weak and pathetic. I hate to say that because that is the opposite of what I think of her completely. I think they made things very awkward there between her and Harvey (Like they weren't already) I don't know- I just wish she would've screamed NOOO and they could've moved on- now I just don't think there is a way she came come back and it be the same dynamics there- even if she does love him, I don't feel that either of these characters are built that way to love... maybe care- secretly.
I am also not feeling Mrd. Macht on this show. I don't like when shows do this- if it's not broke, don't try to fix- good thing going with the existing actors. No need for more

BigB I totally agree. I think Hardman orchestrated all this Tanner business to throw Harvey and Jessica out. All said, this was an awesome episode!

love this show! missed a few episodes and then i caught this one and it blew my mind. makes me sorry i've been missing it. such sharp writing and great acting. and i'm always skeptical about someone's significant other guest starring on a show, but jacinda is a great actress in her own right.

I felt bad for Donna she was getting personally attacked but Harvey showed that he does care about Donna. He also seemed surprised when Mike told him that he was behind gettin Donna to come to the mock trial. Hardman basically used Mike to get to Harvey. It was Mike idea to "leverage" Tanner to help Harvey and the firm while, Hardman did it to gain leverage to hurt Harvey and Jessica in him trying to take back the firm. Harvey was right that Hardman could not be trusted just like Donna said that Mike was stupid for trusting Louis.

This was the best episode of suits do far. It felt like group therapy for the firm everyone was revealing their true feelings at least Louis and Harvey were. I live Donna and I can see where she is coming from when she talked to Harvey. He put his career on the line to protect mike but he would not do the same for her. If Jessica really wanted to show more of Harvey softer side is show how he cares for Mike and protects him from Louis and even Jessica. Donna and Mike seem to be 2 important people to him.

Maybe it's my untrusting nature, but when we weren't told the evidence that Hardman had to make Tanner back down, I automatically jumped to the opinion that Tanner was sent after Harvey by Hardman and the document that Donna destroyed was planted.

Loved this episode. Sorry to say this but Harvey wasn't quite Harvey flirting with the real life Mrs Macht. Not so sure I want her back as a recurring character after her stint is done next week. I don't want Donna and Harvey to hook up but they have better tension and chemistry. Other highlights - Louis calling Harvey out in the toilets (I actually found myself filling up a little during that scene, twice just re watched it) - well done Louis); Harvey finally thumping Tanner - damn did he deserve that; what was Jessica up to just before Harvey decked him; poor Donna she really does love him and if he didn't know it before I think he definitely does now. Can't say enough good things about the show, actors, writers everything...is it next Thurs yet???
Mike: I'm going to get a drink while this is still a party.
